The persistence is still persistence. If you play on low-pop servers you should find some loot. -
The best thing you can do, is completely remove everything associated with DayZ from your computer and re-install the game. I've sometimes got this glitch but only for a mear 2 seconds.... on the starting screen...

It depends on the server and the location. You should join a server with a good 2-6 players, and look in the outskirts of big towns such as chernogorsk. Food will be plentiful.

Jesus that was a lucky crash.. I wonder if they made the M4s and AUGs and such more common at crash sites. But those jackets look amazing. Black looks amazing. YOU look amazing.

I should make another suggestion soon, that allows ANYTHING to become a container for liquid. nvm, because you cant store an open can of peaches full of water in your backpack, but with a soda can you might be able to.. You might need to sacrifice 5% of roll of duct tape to "seal" the container off.

Not exactly true, those items are Shirts, or clothing that goes on your chest. That is how they are coded. To be able to make a Shirt "move" with your head, they would have to tweak with character skeletons, clipping issues, ALOT of things. BUT Items that are just in the Head/Hat/Top genre, don't really have to be worried about that much, and not to many tweaks and changes would have to be done to get them implemented. So if this hood (or something along the sort) gets implemented, it will be before Hoods from raincoats and Gorka jackets are able to be raised/lowered.

This is a good suggestion. +1 from me. If you are going to kill a group of people, at least take the time to go behind a shed and pull your magnum out of your bag. -

I believe that things like this have already been considered by the devs. The current zombies are just placeholders. I hope you didn't think that they would be at all the same in the final game. Don't worry, the perfect zombie will be here soon. -
I spawned, found a building with a Drybag, sweater, cargo pants, shotgun ammo, aviators, canteen, two things of rice, and a MP-166 in the house next to it. First two houses ._.

You can retrieve arrows from bows, if they did not penetrate a player or NPC. But bolts, unfortunately are a one time use.. One day we will become Daryl Dixon.. Youu just wait.

Nice. My first kill was after I had been playing alone, and avoiding players for THREE WEEKS, when I had gotten a magnum, mosin, military gear, etc. and thought I was the most decked out person in the world. But he would've tried to kill you. People like you are rare; you learn to handle yourself, and not make the mistake of trusting people. Respect. -
I could see rail-pump cars being added into the game. They'd be an uncommon, but lucky find. I don't think its on the Dev's to-do list currently. But as the legendary BigMike said, I think the modders will get to it first. Listen to that dude. He knows his ways with cars, games, and can make beer. ;)

take creature's advise. If you are looking for some laidback gameplay, find a private, open server, that has a good 1-2 players on it always. No more. -

I play this game with a controller. I have a configuration that allows me to play it PERFECTLY and all of the controls are fit in. Ask me ANYTHING and I will be sure to answer each and every one of them. and Thank you steak for leading me to this post.
