@Kirov (DayZ) im kinda on board with this fellow. If he truly wants to better himself he does need an opportunity to do so. Im Just saying what to do with a infected machine. @VecktorS cant blame people for not trusting a "former" cheater. But yes reinstall Windows. Use A different Mail for a new account. And you should be good to go. And dont cheat. Join the light side not the dark side.

Maybe if you remove your cheating software? If you wanna play legit; -reinstall you computer -buy DayZ with another mail/account -dont touch cheats Profit 😉

B-lining for military spots is not energy efficient. 😉 Seriously tho the game came with some Lore. Partly being washed up on shore. So id say the start values are pretty accurate. You get hungry and thirsty quick. So yeah food and water are a priority. Getting your icons full white is a priority. Then other loot becomes a priority. So its basically a you got your priorities mixed up issue. Easily solvable.

I have a very good internet connection. Im located near Amsterdam (hub for NL servers/) i have a self build i9 with a rtx2080 and i also experience lag. So nice troll try.... Its Just the bandwith and Hz BI pays for. And appearently they are paying with peanuts.

Yeah the: you are dead scène is a bit anticlimatic. A ragdoll to death screen would be Nice. But yeah definetly a headshot Edit for the helmet. The helmets almost never saved my ass so i would see them mostly as cosmetic.

@Derleth ive been concerned for the last 6 years.... There is no roadmap, no vision, no communication, no clue of what we the players want. I'll go on and say it; warZ was even more transparant then BI is about dayZ. And we all know how that turned out. Im glad you lot paid for the new map cause the money Will probably go to Arma4. Server stability is obviously not where the money is going. Hell even Dean Hall bought a big house and bigass sportscar with our money. Im still in the Lets wait and see mode. So time Will Tell.

Being lost is the best feeling in dayZ. Yes you can use a online map. But if you're a bit like me you sfeer clear of all info outside of the game. Immersion breaks when googling

Would be a fair question..... same goes for the infected. How many roam the server at a given time? They once said it was a 1000. But that's outdated i believe.

I like your style @drgullen. Nicely worded. Dont get me wrong i dont mind to pay for that map. I do mind it when people say something isnt true when I and a lot of others have seen that it is. Its true that link is nothing more then a person saying something. I Just wanted to show the time frame in which the topic was spoken off. When "we" read it on the former forum. Now i tried to find similar info on the matter but as you can see it is "mostly" not there. And i dont plan om looking to Google pages with different search words forever to go on and make my point. The old forum contained the info we are speaking off and that nor its info is no longer accesible or to be found through Google. We could go on but i dont see the point. Like you said cant "proof" anything.

I dont mind the broad range of possible applications for duct tape. I mean irl it is a very handy and diverse temporary sollution for alot of things. Maybe duct tape gets IT to damaged/worn status and the proper tool/kit would make it worn/pristine status? Would be a Nice middleground.

You dont need a source. You Just joined the party. And missed out on a lot of discussions. So there is no need to dig up that source. We (old forum accounts) have heard this since early access. And was also posted here on this forum. Good Luck digging.

I posted this exact thing in the 1.06 EXP thread. Not only do they rush to stable they dont even Read the feedback in that thread before rushing to stable. 🙄
