As far as i know it no. We are running on virtual instances on a server. That means one server could be host to more "virtual" servers. I think guys like @-Gews- @Parazight could know more Im not that tech savy anymore.... Getting old 😂

Kos is fine but not all the time. If you are a one trick pony and all you do is Kos then please go play another Shooter. You are obviously only in it for kills. I heard stats were getting worked on again. I do hope player kills Will not be on that list. Only more incentive for the Kos crowd. Why most Kos players do not go to games like bf or Cod has probably something to do with their skills. At least in this game you get to dominate? Isnt that right Kos crowd? You're lacking reall skills

Few questions because i dont experience what you have. Where do you live? (Decent infrastucture for internet) Do you have other things open when playing? Do you have Windows and the game installed on a SSD? (This helps big time) Cars and inventory issues we all have. Huge lag issues is not the same for everyone. So maybe most is on your side.

Appearently they only work if they are: -with battery (obv) -carried on a person Ive tried numerous Times. They Just wont make a sound if say on the ground with battery. Maybe its a bug? @Greensek

Welcome to DayZ! One good thing it has no safezones to go and save your loot. It has some ways of storing loot but not like the "you are now in a safezone" nonsense. Altho that economy paid my server for several years 🤣

No there isnt. You could go play SCUM there you can choose certain spawn areas. But in dayZ the only thing you can do to get together is to work for it. Spawn in, look for city signs, wait for Friend to find city namesigns. Look at map. Meet in the middle. That's the only way and should be the only way. To get together. Numbers matter in this game so spawning in with An advantage you didn't work/play for should not be possible. Friend or no.

Sure you can collect and appreciate gear. I do too. I live the Woodland LIFE in dayZ and can get excited when i see a cooking pot or smth similar. We just meant dont be afraid to stay ingame if you are under fire. Just for the sake of keeping what you found so far. After a while the best feeling in dayZ is starting fresh.
