You sum it up why I love this patch. About that "byaah zombies killing me through the vehicles, they are not smart enough to hit me through the glass/door", clear the zombies first and don't drive like a maniac in towns. What if these zombies are smarter than "normal" zombies and they can open the doors, smash your windows etc. What I've heard these are infected so you can let some imagination flow and not getting restricted to basic zombies. -

This. Way back the zombies chased you as long as you didn't shoot them. Shooting was almost the only way to get rid of the zombies. -
This kind of method have been for a while in the server I play. The combat icon started to flash even if you just moved 1m or watched your gear and it stopped when you haven't done any action in 30 sec. This really stopped any combat logging. //It was even more brutal than the thing we have now in this patch.

I think this is how hard DayZ should be. Haven't had that much adrenaline going on when zombies chased me. It felt like a endless horde but I just managed to get rid of them. -
I'm in love with these. I haven't afraid so much for a long time to loot some military places. Jesus firing a Makarov in Stary and 30 zombies are after you. This patch headed in the right direction but I think lowering the talk radius bit would be better just not too much. This is how hard it should be to loot a military places. And to the last one I think I found even more ammo than before with Winchesters and Makarovs. Maybe I was just lucky :P

Yeah Rocket take the motion blur and head bob off in the next video. That because we can see how the game is without them.

Now I watched this more closely and I see that there's little animation taken off comparing to Arma 2? If I remember right the legs move when you turn like that. I now tested and I remembered wrong.

Here Dwarden talks about BE and VAC. Read especially that third one. I think it's the mod's fault and not BattlEye's fault. "I think that battleye is the most retarded anti cheat out their." You got to be kidding me? There would be a super hackfest if BattlEye would be changed to any other anti-cheat.

What Happened On Your FIRST DAY Of DayZ?

Started near Cherno and I heard some shooting. I headed in that direction and there were couple guys and nobody knew each other. We looted some places and shared guns and ammo and tried to protect each other. There were about 10 teamed up and we tried to survive. Then many ran out of ammo so zombies killed everyone who didn't run away. I didn't survive long. This was back then when everyone tried to help each other. Something you couldn't imagine to happen anymore in public server. -

All I can say is drive more carefully. Don't go offroad but if you need to then don't drive too fast. IRL it would be almost impossible to drive that easily on offroad without getting stuck. Btw this is Arma 2 engine problem so you won't see any improvements at this one. -

Yes safety button would be nice. With Arma 2 system you just have to remember press esc before you alt+tab and use enter in the action menus. -
Dayz standalone suggestions are just getting out of hand.
