I hope they add some kind of lower weapon stance so we can see if somebody doesn't want to hit you with an axe. This bug is a nice feature but animations should be smoother.

I agree but if they need to test how respawning zombies affect server performance before they're ready with collision issues then we just need to dean with it. -
This needs to be done.I prefer A3 style scopes over "black box" scopes.

Having a problem with seeing players at a distance!

I hope that object detail wouldn't affect how far you see other players. Object detail on low gives a nice boost but you need to zoom to spot a player from couple hundred meters away. -

When patch is released then people naturally test it and give feedback. This is an alpha after all so nobody expects the player base to be big all the time. Same feedback could be achieved with 5K daily people unless they want to stress test database. Better not to burnout in alpha already when there's over a year left until the v1.0 is out. -
I think fridges, closets and so on that the game world has could be persistent storage places.

Arma 3 is getting this at some point and I can't wait when same kind of system will be added in DayZ. But I haven't heard any confirmation about this feature in DayZ. Only heard maybe a hint about weight system.

Little offtopic: what does the PP mean in 1PP, 3PP etc? I can't understand where the second P comes. For example I can see only one P in 3rd person view

The thing is that if the aim is on the target then it should hit like in real life unless your gun is in a bad shape or you don't wind or distance in account. Unrealistic artificial spread only brings frusturation. They should increase sway and recoil effects rather than spread. If I attach bayonet on the rifle that shouldn't cause huge bullet spread, it should make the aiming maybe bit harder.

I've been doing this since day 1 :D This is why RV engine is so awesome. Also notice how good the performance is when you're alone.

Yeah I hope the accuracy gets more realistic. If I can shoot with RK62 (almost a copy of AK47) crouched with iron sights without my glasses from 150m score 88/100 and I can't hit a shit with any weapon in DayZ. The spread is just wrong atm.

I think hardcore should be more tied on couple servers per hive and not a one huge hive. That way your gaming could be limited more easily with a couple day hive ban for example. That would give more perma death feeling and that's very much needed in hardcore. Other thing I like to see is fatigue so you don't run all the time everywhere. That way thw world would also feel much bigger. Though in the end I would want that this game has only one difficulty and it's hardcore :D -
Scene complexity is pretty much tied to object detail. Lower object detail on low and scene complexity goes down to 300000. If you go lower IMO too many objects start to disappear. Also viewDistance=; and preferredObjectViewDistance=; are pretty high on default. I've mine 1700 and 1000.

I'm exicted but I don't think that's the only problem that causes low fps in the cities. I just guess that I get 10-15fps increase from the 20fps. -
