Because having servers restart every two hours and totally break immersion and interrupt gameplay is the best solution...

Why doesn't Ryan Seacrest say "Seacrest out!" like he used to? I fear he's lost his way.

My Shadowplay is only set to capture the last five minutes of stuff. Maybe take less than half an hour worth of capturing? Seems excessive to me. I possessed this problem as well for a little while. But here's the fix for your execrable complication: Turn off Shadowplay for fifteen seconds, and then open it once again. That solved the problem for me, though this perplexing and vexing predicament has not reared its repugnant head for me in many months.

I was stuck inside of a particularly large boulder one day. After a shimmy shammy wiggly wobbly roll-roll, I was shot out of the boulder like a lemon. I landed with less than optimal consequences, but it didn't matter to me at all. I died a free man. -
Now that vehicles are in the game, I thought "gas trap" was something that I do with my friends sometimes in my own car.

Got into three servers for this update. Crashed to desktop the first time after about a minute. Crashed to desktop twice more back to back before the game could even load. Just Crashed to desktop again before the countdown could end. I'm starting to think that Bohemia was working on the wrong engine for this update...

Once server hopping is neutered, we can really start to see more civilian and organic styles of loot gathering that will certainly focus on more residential/hunting style weaponry and gear.
-
You don't pull out a weapon, you don't aim it at somebody, and you don't pull the trigger.
-
Because getting it would mean having to include flour, yeast, and sugar into the loot spawns for the sole purpose of baking bread.

How do you make your video 60 fps?

Killed by teleport hacker instantly after finished spawning!

It just looks like an ordinary bush to me. -
I found a kitchen knife once.

Horrible idea. All that will do is discourage player mobility. The penalty to accuracy is already a huge deterrent to constant 24/7 sprinting, as well as the increased expenditure of water and food. Making it so that you cannot even sprint at all will only slow players down and discourage them to move around the map.

The last thing I need to hear from bandits is "Eat a dick" before they make me get in touch with my bisexual necrophiliac side.

I'd loot that.

I get it as well. It's not just you, and I haven't been able to recognize anything that specifically causes it.

" and hopefully spend my Christmas in Chernarus." Forever alone...

Grow some balls and play the game.

Give them server hoppers something else to gear up with. I'm sure they get really bored after the seventeenth AK101 anyway. I'm glad that they'll get some variety in their military grade hardware. Excellent. I was almost getting tired of seeing bands of M4 and AK toting camouflaged KOSers. Now I can get gunned down in some quality Austrian craftsmanship.

I don't know for sure, but I think a Leather Repair Kit will mend it, though you can reinforce it with Duct Tape.

Oddly, enough...take all the Russian writing out, the signs with town names, the flags... And Chernarus is basically identical to the Ozarks in Arkansas where I live. The similarities in the terrain and foliage and landscape are, for me, actually somewhat eerie. You know...minus the ocean. We don't have one of those.

DayZ should implement some sort of command, animation, or option to simple put things into the backpacks of another player, or place them in their inventory. Dropping things on the ground to give them to somebody is very clumsy. It makes no real sense and it takes up unnecessary time. It is the cause of much frustration as well, since things do not often drop where you are standing and items like to teleport to the outside of buildings, different floors, or simply phase out of the current plane of existence so Booker DeWitt can wear them to his next racial equality conference in a world where the grass is blue and hamburgers eat people. Here's some ideas on how it would work... - When facing a player, open your inventory. Right clicking on an object you have will pop up a new option, but only when you are looking at a stationary player within arm's length of you: Give 7.62 x 51mm to Rags Give Green Ushanka to Rags Give Pen to Rags Give Rags to Rags This will begin an animation that will only last a second, maybe two, maybe three. During this animation, the receiving player will receive a notification... Rags is giving you something At this time, the player may cancel the gesticulation by simply moving. Any movement will cancel the giving animation and the process will fail. Changing items in your hands will also cancel the gift. A player can, however, simultaneously give you an item back at the same time. This would cut down on time spent giving items, especially if there is only one item you wish to give somebody. A failure message can optionally be displayed... Rags is moving Rags has declined Rags is moving too much to give him the item Cannot give Rags the Green Ushanka Ain't nobody got time fo' dat Items will be placed into the first open space in the person's inventory that has enough space. If there is not enough space another message can be displayed... There is not enough room in Rags' inventory Rags cannot carry the Green Ushanka Rags doesn't have enough space There is no room for the Green Ushanka Hopefully, this will make it into the game. This will act as an option to dropping items on the ground, which will still be doable. It's only a suggestion, and I don't think it's immensely elaborate. Hopefully an idea like this will make it's presence in the game so that we all don't end up staring at the ground looking like a bunch of lemons.

I'm making an (unofficial, obviously) soundtrack for Cherno...

Nope.
