Love night play in Dayz :)

Looking very good so far, am hyped again :) I like the inventory screen art, or lack of it :)

DONT GET HIT BY FRIGGING ZOMBIES! :P Am hoping that the Standalone is hardcore so one hit from a zombie equals bleeding and a virus to boot :) Dayz used to be a challenge, then the cry babies came and added tons of weapons, bases and all manner of ways to kill zombies and each other easily (and yet they still cry "mommy its too hard") :p ps - these people have destroyed every game i have ever loved, Warcraft used to be a challenge then they came and now its press 1 button to win mode. Same goes with many games. Pls Rocket dont listen to these people :) (sorry if i offended anyone, but am passionate about Dayz, its the 1st game in ages that dared to be a challenge, and to tell the namby pamby cry babies to fuck off)

YES... Unless you can wait a few more months for the standalone cos Arma 3 is released this month so i doubt Dayz standalone will release the same month as Arma 3 even if it was ready. My money is on November.

I recently looked into getting a new Graphics card and found this one http://www.amd.com/uk/products/desktop/graphics/7000/7790/Pages/radeon-7790.aspx#2 But it says it needs 500w+ power supply. My Psu is only 300w (even though my current graphics card says it needs 350w lol) My question is can i just replace my current Psu with a 500w (or more) Psu and is there anything i have look into first regarding the motherboard? My comp specs are Intel® Core i7 3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.90GHz 12GB Ram 64Bit Ty :)

A 1st person only Dayz would be suicide for Dayz tbh. Far better to have both and give server owners the choice.

Arma2 for Dayz, Arma3 for erm Arma3 :p I bought Arma2 last July to play Dayz and im still playing it :p Gameplaywise its the cheapest game i have even bought :)

Was just playing on GITS Dayz server (very much fun server, no zombies, but full on pvp deathmatching lol) and i saw a dead body and thought wouldnt it be a major headfuck if in the standalone you had the option to play dead, it would mean every body players found they would have to shoot it before looting, and that would give away their position to other players and zombies (flies being the only giveaway i guess lol) What do ya think? :)

Playing Dayz today and some guy talking in chat saying he looking for hes body to get his gear back, and that got me thinking that maybe in the standalone your body should rot (maybe with an animation) and despawn within a minute, This would stop players re-gearing from their dead body and 1 minute would probably give the killer enough time to loot it before it rots. It would also help with any potential lag from many dead bodies on the server. Just an idea i think would benefit the game in standalone and even the mod.

Equal 1st & 3rd person servers would mean there will be many 1st person empty servers while the 3rd person servers full to the brim cos the vast majority of players want to play 3rd person.

You cant use youtube as a valid argument? Without youtube, Dayz wouldnt be where it is today! And if Dayz was 1st person only from the start i very much doubt Dayz would have been a hit on youtube. So alienating youtubers and the vast majority of Dayz players by taking away 3rd person would be suicide for Dayz. Most games players dont play Cod or Battlefield tho.
