Yessir, so the solution to not getting revenge-killed is to not hang out on high pop servers in Elektro/Bere/Cherno. Or, rather, fix persistence + CLE. (like I suggested in my first post). My gripe with Imp's post is that he comes off as some badass that is somehow forced to stay in Elecktro/Berezino and camp assholes and then whines about how he has to kill them all day long. Not realistic or believable. Why punish suicides when you can avoid the problem created by it entirely?

I agree. It sure is big enough! Why bother trying to curb the playstyle of those deathmatch types? When was the last time anyone saw a clan of assholes camp on a low pop server, in Stary Yar, or whereverthefuck survivors go to do whatever? Never.

I'm gonna call bullshit on this entire post. So, you stick to the northern/western areas of the map but somehow you repeatedly kill entire squads over and over on the coast huh? Rewards bad play? Says you! Who are you to call it bad play. Those full servers that you see, that provide invaluable stress testing data, are because organized "asshole" groups make it so. Go check out some videos. A majority of them, which BI supports (survivor games anyone), are clans and groups doing exactly what you despise. How about you go make some videos where you're always wiping out squads over and over. Those clans are paying, supporting consumers, deal with it. It's not even a game yet. It's an alpha build and the current environment propagates this type of behavior. You're clearly upset that 'people can run back to their bodies and get all their loot back, even though you constantly murder them'. Yea. Video looked really nice. Nice editing, effects, and presentation. Hard to tell what was going on though. Who was shooting at who, and so on. Your clan mates speak in first person a lot and call outs seemed vague most of the time. Would watch again.

Game cannot differentiate between suicide off of a building and accidentally falling off. You'll just end up punishing the 'innocent' unfairly. IMO, no need to punish a new spawn. Solution lies with persistence + CLE.

Gross. Polyethelene isn't really durable enough for any of these things unless it's three mils or thicker. Garbage bags are typically 1.5 mils or so, and wear in little time. Also, there are many craftable options for backpacks, as-is. You shouldn't be able to make a backpack, imo, within 20 feet from anywhere (plastic). In a zombie apocalypse, with ruined towns all around you, I would be looking for anything not made out of plastic. It's a really poor material for anything other than what it was made for. Down with blown film extrusion.

Yea. I've spent several hours using the improvised bow along with basic arrows and bone arrows. Mostly hunting animals. Long story short, it sucks.

I agree. I want to "reliably" shoot someone dead, steal their ammo, and then be able to shoot even more people.

It's great that you want to use the bow and all, but you can find an AK in berezino, and deck it out, as a fresh spawn, in less than 15 minutes right now.

Wow, classy! OP: You can't really assume which emotions the other player will feel. And this is a funny time to post this, but yes, Dayz is a game about theft. Theft of time investment. Loot is really easy to come by at the moment. I'll die several times a day if I'm clan battling in a city by the coast. It never produces any extreme emotions.

Note that there *is* a bug related to unconsciousness. For example, just two days ago I was shot and went unconscious. I received THREE salines and an epi-pen. Nothing. Had to respawn. Not sure what causes it, though.

What happens if there are two players, one on each side of the door, and they both try to open the door at the same time? BSOD? Total universe implosion?

It sounds like you need to take a break from the game, which I suggest. You seem very unhappy with DayZ, yet you continue to play it. Perhaps you should find another hobby until the game is ready.

Sorry, thought all of this was common knowledge. IIRC, I saw on some wobo video that you can get injured setting up a land mine. I figured since you're always doing videos about game breaking stuff, that you'd be on top of this information, but just missed it. You never got the countdown for activating the land mine. It was never properly set. should be obvious.
