I'm sure there will be an oversight like things in other things will have no weight, etc. because... alpha - no need to proofread.

I'm always kinda surprised when each update doesn't do something about nesting packs & vests. ALL they have to do is make it take up more space than it holds. it's just stupid that the outside of something is smaller than the inside of it. (example: mountain pack holds 35, make it take up 40 space. exploit fixed.)

sprint for an hour in real life, then stop and see how steady you can hold a rifle.

it's not bad at all, unless you're on a really high pop server and all the jackets and shirts are gone - then you're royally fucked I keep an ugly fluorescent orange raincoat on hand in case I run into a naked bambi. wait until exhaustion becomes a factor and you can't sprint all the way to china. THAT will be game-changing. and awesome. inconvenient but awesome.

I prettymuch do that with my hardcore. he can't eat or drink from cans, and can't use anything that fires bullets. (he trades guns though) oh, and he doesn't drink ANY water that isn't purified or already in a bottle/canteen.

it's chernarus, so we should start with vodka and a potato.

some servers, if they have trouble connecting to the hive or whatever, give you a temporary new character because they can't find yours. (these servers can NEVER connect with the hive, yet somehow they're still listed with the ones that have no problem) log onto a good server, and your equipped character should be waiting for you.

it's an m4 making plant. there's an 'on' switch at the verrrrry edge of the roof.

rob and release is always preferable to backshooting and looting. have some beans. and have my gun if you catch me. also, props for not using gammadaylight.

priorities: 1. good coat, preferably rainproof. it's a must-have now. 2. GETTING AWAY FROM THE SPAWN/PVP AREA. 3. fire axe. a player's life is 100x easier once he has one. list places that often have them. 4. storage, whether it be pack/vest/clothes. give info on crafting packs and maybe space management. 5. food & water. please don't teach new players to drink un-purified water, or to get over-full on one thing so they can't consume the other. 6. guns and other gear. 7. you could include info on how to hunt, fish, and cook. 8. first aid information. 9. etiquette when meeting other players 10. it's hangar, not hanger

yep, getting that too. and worse. has come to a complete stop a few times. I know it's alpha and they haven't optimized it yet, but come on. borrow a working engine until this one functions.

that began the patch before this, I think. supposedly the buttstocks spawn at heli crash sites. that's the last I heard, anyway.

yeah a friendly took a playful shot at me yesterday and I heard the ricochet but not the shot. thought it came from extremely long range so I ran, but it was him.

I was with someone who found a tent last night. they're not in feed shacks anymore. :-)

yeah that name did come up. but he unfriended me afterward, so I think the incident made him wonder about me too (because it happened while dealing with me).

actually I think that was a trade with me... it was night and I couldn't find him, and he ran into some other guys thinking they were me. he got killed and I got shot at but I got away. it was a total mess. he did say something after about losing an rak, so yeah I think that was it. been trying to re-establish trust with him ever since - even offered him his tent back (it was a 2-part trade). (the server and trade locations were his choice, btw - I woulda done it more off the beaten path)
