With a little practice you will learn to do that in the dark and even under the sheets. :D Seriously though, you can learn to chamber/reload your gun with bullets you have stacked in your pockets without looking at the gun. It is called Combat Reloading, were you train to reload a weapon while keeping your eyes on the threat.

Yeah, giving it a slightly different name to avoid trademarks is understandable. As I pointed out, it would be nice to have the Wolf ammo, they could call it Wolfe, Volk, or something like that. For those that don't know to much about calibers, both the .223 and 5.56x45 have more or less the same dimensions (some small differences) and in most cases can be used in weapons chambered for either caliber. It is noted that the NATO 5.56 can cause high stress and even damage to .223 chambered rifles due to the higher pressures they use.

For those to do not understand what I am talking about here is the comparison of the original real 7.62 Brown Bear ammo from what I thought the DayZ Calm Bear ammo is inspired from.

Just saying it would be nice to have the .223 ammo lying around in civilian areas for this hunting rifle. Similar to the Brown Bear 7.62 ammo they could make a nice Wolf .223 ammo box

Are you sure it is called a CR 527 and not CZ 527 and why would it use NATO 5.56 rounds? The BI devs should at least introduce a .223 Remington that can be used in both the M4 and the 527 and found in civilian areas.

I always try to find a good and quiet place to log out. Pine trees, or houses with no or little loot away from the main routes, or in barns behind the hay stack. Logging out it is like having a "dump", avoid getting caught with your pants down! ;)

Thank you for the beans Viktor. Let me just explain really quick, before anyone here gets the wrong impression. I meant a simple static animation of holding a knife in one hand, scripted to run in a loop. What we see in the game is much more complicated and it would take a lot of time and knowledge of animations and scripting to explain in detail. The animation we see in DayZ are extremely detailed and take a lot of time to create. Bohemia uses it's own Motion Caption Studio to create these fantastic animations that so seamlessly flow. From my perspective they are some of the best I have seen in any game so far. Just take the recent introduced drinking animation, just amazing detail and flawless from begin to end. We see so many games with all their various character movements, but so little is known about creating animations and how much those can effect the immersion of a game. DayZ is one if not the best I have seen at the top end of what is technically possible. Thank you Viktor and please keep up the fantastic work!

ok ok, I'll contribute something more serious then :P What I would like to hear would be sounds like screams from a distance. What annoys me the most is the constant wind sounds no matter where you are, or the wave sounds even when you are several 100 meters away from the shore. If I am in an open field or on the top of the radio tower on green mountain then wind sounds are good, but not when I am standing below between buildings.

I hope they would bring in the Czech backpack. I liked that one the most in the mod.

I still think my idea that for everyone you kill you become pregnant! People will think twice before popping someone :thumbsup: The only way to get rid of the pregnancy would be to visit the hospital in Cherno.

Guns are like men! You can marry the M4A1, not much punch, but an all round reliable provider. If you really want to have something exciting that knows how to give you the best bang take the AKM! :P
