i agree with the op. lighting a fire with only one math takes some practice, so i think it should take 2-3 matches out of the box every time.maybe not less in rain, but definitely less in wind.

nah, sat around in high traffic areas, waiting for gun fights. then i went in and tried to patch people up and not die. gets your heart pumping.

i use it. ive had o- blood once before, in 4.8. was a medic for about 3 weeks. saved lots of lives.

i tried when they where immortal. emptied an M4 clip into its head and gave up. havnt seen one since...

put it to good use. become a medic. o- blood type is incredibly rare. if you arnt into the whole medic thing, find a medic and donate blood. they would probs give you some good gear, cos it is so rare.

i am looking for an atlas bipod, and if you happen to have a spare, a pristine or worn protector case. if you have these things, i am willing to offer many grenades, aswell or what you would like. PM me if interested.

deer do run away, as do most of the animals. (cant say for rabbits or chickens) they are all ready in the game, it is just a matter of finding them...

how would you charge it? as far as i know, no phone runs off a nine volt battery...

i will actually run with civilian gear. green checkered shirt, currior bag, chest holster, magnum, b95 and black cargos. decent camo, and the guy that kills me gets less stuff than if i had been running with say a hunting backpack. that is more than enough incentive for me.

720 hours in. 6 playstyles. hundreds of encounters, everyone of them different. still not bored. no other game can give me tha adrenaline rush like dayz...

i play with three friends. our tactics amount to one guy with a LRS on a mosin sitting on a hill. the rest of us run into town, leaving our main gear on the hill, going in with one full auto machine gun and the rest, pistols. we gather what we can. if we die, it is the duty of the sniper to provide overwatch to our bodies until such time as we can return. we have been caught out by restarts to many times, but it is still great fun. we dont really want to become on of those super tacticool military clans...

maybe after you learn it for the first time, your character can retain that knowledge permanently, but if the player forgets, there are say books to relearn it. just my 2 cents

my second option if the flashbang fails. drop it, unpin it, then i run and hope to survive. if i die, oh well i was expecting it, but if i live, then it is a victory in its own right...

but they also blind others. if you can get them to go, all you have to do is run and hope you dont hit a wall.

i try to carry 2 grenades. one explosive and one flashbang. the first is a good deterrent, and the second helps with escape attempts (at least this is what i keep telling my self.) if i find anymore grenades, i will hold on to them until i next go to the cost and give them to fresh spawns. sometimes the reactions are quite funny. other times, the try to suicide me.
