200 + hours and you have still not made a friend? i made one just today. i walked into the police station as he was walking out. we both shat ourselves and ran the opposite direction.after watching for a little while, i went up to him. one thing i didn't do was scream out "I AM FRIENDLY" that seems to ruin it. just approach people, and be kind. i we traded gear and stories, and went together for about 45 minutes. i told him i was logging off, and even told him where to show him i trusted him. when i logged back on, my guy was still there. most of the people that you meet will not try to kill you straight out if you have had a chance to shoot them and don't, or you are just nice to them. does alot for your life span... good luck!!!

did you mean "milk cow" but otherwise, beans for the idea. i would love some cheese. and milk could bu used for making bread! perhaps the start of an enormous cooking system!! roast beef sandwich!!

i would wear the hunting/ fishing vest definitely. but i think the fisfing vest should, rather than being able to attack unabated hooks, maybe have 3 separate interior slots for bated hooks, or worms, and nothing else can be put in there. but that is just ma 2 cents. beans for the idea tho :) EDIT: one other thing, have you seen how big the front pockets on those aprons are? they're huge! they should have atleast 2 horizontal slots...

i think that the weapon loss is just bad luck, but i think the loosing items, if it is on log-in, is from the shifting of gear in your pack. having your bag completely full, even if it is with worthless items, when you log out has done the trick for me.

firstly, weird fuckery is an understatment. seriously. but if it is any consolation, the crashes will hopefully be gone soon, and the weapon disappearances: we all get them. it is so much worse on experimental.

man. what mod are you running? and how did you ride the V2s? was there much lag? i must know...

find a place you go often enough to know back to front. for example, i have been around devils castle enough to know both it and the mountain. plus, all the tents are pretty easy to find anyway due to their colour. good luck.

gear up. try to help people. get bored. sit in one of those little road side stores running a shop. get shot when i good a freshspawn my gun. repeat steps 1 thru 6

so i got to thinking. what if the dayz art department created say three or four new zombie faces. then, every time a zombie spawns, the server randomly selects one of each type of new spawn cloths. E.G. zombie face model 2 green tshirt black jeans black runners. the cloths should be at least badly damaged in appearance, and no items in the jeans, but they could be looted if the player needed it. not saying get rid of the old zombies, just add this for some variety. i am not a computer person though, so please idk if this would work, but it is an idea to add variety to the zombies you kill.

if they are on an airfield, yes. cos logging off near an airfield is stupid. if they are in a city or the forest, i will normally wait and say hello, but otherwise, i would just leave them.

i just don't see the point, cos they are not yet persistant. when they are though, i will be combing the map for them...

the great loot gnome giveth and the great loot gnome taketh away... i have had this a couple times before, but only occasionally. what i found fixes it for me is having no empty slots in my bag... hope it hepls...
