    Server hopping seems to be at a record high. After checking out balota airfield and seeing it had been looted, I set up shop nearby to see if I could find the looter. Within a 10 minute span I saw 5 different people who appeared to load in, check the barracks, then vanish. I didnt take any shots cause none were well geared, or a threat. it was just funny to see all the hoppers join, find the barracks already looted, then they run behind the barracks and disconnect.

    Not true... I found my AKM at the barracks at balota airfield. I seriously doubt they spawn more in one location than another, its all just chance. I've also come across 2 crash sites, one of which had only magazines and helmets, the second one had two m4's. So again, its all just chance. But yes, rifles in general are spawning far less frequently. No shortage of pistols and boots though.

    Seems like the melee system has been improved dramatically. My axe consistently lands where intended and zombies now go down in one well-placed strike.

    If you disconnect directly after death, then spawn in a different server, you will lose that new character as soon as you disconnect again. So yes, you should always respawn in the same server in which you died. If you want to leave, respawn first, then disconnect.

    You can choose to respawn instead of disconnecting.

    Sorry, but I have to agree with OP. Im getting 100k desync much more often since the latest update. Its not limited to a server or two. This happens on every server I join.

    My average before the latest patch it was about twice per hour, after the patch, probably closer to 1 per hour.

    AKM definitely in the game, though rare. I've found 2 in the last 2 days. If you're only having rubber-banding issues every 5 hours, consider yourself lucky.

    As someone who routinely travels with two rifles, I assure you I would notice. And yeah, good point about weight vs slots. I know they dont take weight into effect now, who knows if they ever will. Probably not, it would just create more bugs and conflict with the slot system.

    I've agreed on everything up until this. Of course the difference would be big, not because of the weight, but because of the limited range of motion in your arms due to holding a rifle. Just a bit faster than the last build would be ideal.

    I dont think he was saying that you should be able to run the same speed, just the difference shouldnt be as great as it was in the previous build. Its pretty obvious you'd be able to run faster with your hands free.

    I found mine in the barracks at balota... along with a 75 round drum. From my experience, 90% sounds pretty close. Not sure if they were adjusted for the patch though.

    Nope, you're putting words in my mouth. You took that out of the context of a seperate argument. The guy said it was realism that the weapon swayed when standing still and not when moving. I just reminded him that according to realism, the weapon should sway even worse when someone is strafing vs standing still. But in the current alpha build that isnt the case. Stop taking stuff out of context.

    Here's what you dont get. If im aiming down sight, OF COURSE the weapon will be tight in my shoulder. I was aimed down sight both when I was standing still and strafing. And you're taking my argument with the other guy out of context. Regardless, your "learn to pull the weapon in to the shoulder" argument is invalid. Thanks.

    Regardless of everything that has been said up to this point.... Just explain this logically: I am standing still, upright, aiming down the sight of my AKM. My hand is off the mouse. The AKM shakes wildly without any input from the mouse. Now, as I start to move left, WHILE STILL AIMING DOWN SIGHT, the AKM is suddenly stable. No wild shaking left and right. The only thing that changed is I went from standing still (an inherently stable position) to moving left. I think you can agree that any movement while aiming should logically make the aim less stable, but against all odds, the aim IMPROVES when I start moving. Your move, troll.
