This problem has ruined the game for me, Upgraded from gtx 550 to gtx 750 and it still happens... I also get this glitch with Arma 3 and Dayz mod, very annoying.

Yes, you can retrieve fired arrows however, I have found it hard to remove arrows from tree trunks. You will need to chop down the tree.

Yes, I've had this happen to me 2-3 times now, all before this latest patch, In different locations around the map. All times almost immediately as I press TAB to look at a item.

Weapon sway bug. I have discovered a bug that completely eliminates sway(Mosin). You need to hold down left strafe and zoom in at the same time, while standing. I have only tested this with a Mosin+long range scope. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VMExjeIcEfI&feature=youtu.be
