    Yeah our server keeps crashing then goes down for a long period of time till I contacted our provider to bring it back up but they don't fix the problem they just fetch the server back up for us.

    I can confirm our server with GSP Gameservers.com also have a similar issue with server crashes. I think you need to contact your GSP provider to turn on presistance, as that's how we got it turned on with Gameservers.com anyway, could be different for other GSPs
