    Whoa too many V3S in the exp, im glad they arent persistent and only spawn in numbers of three after each restart....Its really good cus they can gradually increase the numbers or make them persistent as they make them harder to maintain and not in pristine condition (as they add parts to repair and etc.)
  2. Happens to me as well, update 0.49 made the game unplayable for me :< I hope they fix it completely in 0.50.....

    Yes i dont know whats up with that, first time i joined a 0.49 server spawned in vybor with another guy, we both had no clothes then i went around played normally for quite some time , on other servers, multiple days then all out of a sudden when i was in a hospital type building (not the one with multiple floors and hallways) i was just going down the ramps and 2 red messages popped up : my leg is in pain , my leg hurts really bad (or something) then bam, you are dead, no reason, then i had the same thing, infinite you are dead, and i clearly thaught that it was a hacker, since i died out of nowhere and i couldnt respawn, then i switched servers, i could spawn, but back at vybor again, really is kinda weird isnt it?

    Yeah, quit button for the lazy which will be what we have now and abort feature like in the mod ! I'm really down for it, bring back the old timer , why not ? =]

    Turning off the Shadows doesnt seem to improve anything, i changed my resolution, but i dont think that made a difference to my problem. Now, it does the re-render reappearing thing but only for a couple of times and then they stay like that no matter where i look.The buildings stay low res and without any floor or doors and yeah.... when im inside one everything is transparent so its kinda cheaty cus i can see outside but if someone would come inside i would probably die since i dont know where the hell is the door XD. And despite the fact that everything is locked in low res with transparent insides, i still get barely 12 fps when i should get double that, with the textures rendered normally.... I really dont know whats happening.... maybe its to do with the cities i am in? Dont think so but i am willing to just head in any direction and see if it persists...

    So ive noticed a really bad ,,habit" in this update, never seen before. I could usually play decently at 30 fps, which was bad, but it was decent. Now, i noticed that my fps isnt what it used to be with this new update.... But it was still playable, not steady 30 fps tho.... When i looked at a city my fps dropped like a brick, but only to say... 20 fps? It would still be playable, but starting from yesterday, after i died of hypothermia, i respawned near a big ass city i think it was novo maybe, could not make out the city sign(it had a sign like electro has) but that matters less, If i just looked at it, my frames would instantly DIE , like , dead, and they would drop to an unplayable 2 frames... per ... second ! And im noticing wierd things when i look at cities fps seems to drop in a different manner now, like , object's textures start flickering and dissapear (when im in a house) and quickly reappear and the buildings textures keep switching to low quality then back to normal......Like its not the many objects in a city that causes me lag, something is making the game re-render everything near me when i look at certain points, like i walk forward and it starts happening even if im not looking at a city, then if i wont change where i look it will just keep going in 2fps so i look back or somewhere and its fine then it happens again and agaiin, the game worked fine in the past but now something is wierd like the textures keep re-rendering themselves when i look in random directions like they all go low quality and the floors in the houses dissapear and i can only see the buildings as a flat texture , like an image from paint with no detail, no doors opening, then i need to look in a nother direction to make them appear again... Im saying if this whole re-rendering or reapearring of textures didnt happen i could play just fine, so why does it happen? Anyone encountered similar problems?

    Lol dude what do you mean? yeah i know how to walk slow but in the new update now, when you go crouched or prone and go forward ,by default its gonna go like the shift key for slow forward is pressed and if you want to go fast forward like you used to, you have to double tap W (fast forward default key) Same goes for prone. What did you not understand? If it didnt happen to you then i dont know about that but what i know is that it didnt happen just to me....

    Crashes? Sure those have been happening to me and to two of my friends that i play with..... Seemed pretty frequent when they did, now they stopped (recently).... Dont know what to say about the new movement system, i mean, you all know now that when you go crouched or prone it goes slow by default and if you want to make it go fast like it used to you have to double tap the forward key (e.g. ,,W") which for me isnt looking much like an improvement, i would have preffered to go fast by default and hold shift if i want to go slow :/

    Axes work just fine for me, i have no bugs with zombies, Zombies roll down hill which is funny, thats how physics works my frends. My weapons fire just fine, also another bug is that sometimes when a player dies and you take his weapon, you cant see through the sight because the camera is lower and you usually see through the gun or your hands holding the gun , and you have to relog to fix that.

    But Axes arent broken at all, hit detection is works just fine , i can kill a zombie in one shot very easily, dont even need to aim much....I have no problem with the axes

    Axes are fine, melee is not that broken, any axe works just fine, and when you got it you just strafe around the zombies's first attack then you one shot him with the axe and problem solved.

    Not from the thread but from the wiki according to it this has been in since 0.46 , from what i can see its in but not enabled since i had the N map of Chernarus and i knew where i was but the map wasnt showing me where i was in yellow or anything, so what does it actually mean, also maybe it needs the map to be complete ? (N+S maps combined?) But i dont think you can combine the two complete maps....

    Im surprised.... why the hell did they add more weapons to the game? ..... God Damn IT.... All I ever wanted.....was.... CRAFTABLE arrrows ffs.... WHY... i taught it was gonna come from itself and that i dont need to suggest it.... but no.... add more weapons to the game, make it more towards the shooter part and go away from survival....why no craftable arrows? WHy do you still want to push players towards cities where they kill eachother? Survival should mean self sustaining yourself, and you were so close, hunting and fishing in the game we just needed a way to make our tools..... But no we still have to go to cities, cities should be almost certain death with lots of zombies( i know how impossible that dream is ) rifles and bigger caliber guns should be ultra rare in badly damaged conditon and they should jam after usage, finding a worn pistol and a mag would be the best thing ever, and instead it should be like going in the woods and scavenging food , hunting, and fishing ! Thats how it should be, when i see people with their inventories FULL of bullets over bullets over bullets and if youll go to Berezino.... well #campfest2014 ....its just sad how people just want to kill, well just go play arma or something...ooh the gunplay? you like the gunplay? i agree, its really good....I guess in th end well have special servers that give you what weapons you want and put you into a limited area and bam deathmatch , those servers of course would always be full....so sad.

    So..... can anyone help me here? all the threads regarding the developement stuffs are not current and cant help me, latest version is 0.45, experimental 0.46 right? well there is no where in this forum that ive seen where it says why the hell i only see experimental 0.46 servers when i log in with my stable 0.45 game version?

    1. So, it bloody happened again , i was alone at the berezino airfield and i wanted to cross to the hangars from the control tower then halfway there a guy with an m4 on the field down in the valley started shooting me, hit me once, and when he stopped firing at me for a moment, i pressed escape then quickly exited the server.... so i lost all my gear.... again... gosh darn it we need a timer that would go off and start counting down next to that exit button that would not deactivate the exit button so you could still combat log ...and die of course. 2. Maps.... so useful... not really... [...] well , i guess there wont be any shift+click functionallity added to the map :/ . 3. Side chat, side chat, it just feels kind of lonely goin around and finding no one, well not really, you are bound to find someone and have some interaction but what i want to say is that even if they were busy surviving in the dayz mod a lot of people found the side chat a nice place to tell other players pretty much everything else game related , fun stories that happened to them in the game or something weird that they just found, questions etc. Side chat, why not? Of course side chat made in such a way so you cant speak on it over VoIP.. so you push capslock and nothing happens, so we wont have any stupid kids who dont have anything better to do than to annoy everyone on the server.... 4. So , if you are a sniper you dont really know when you killed someone if he isnt on top of a building, if he is also hiding from you and you are both taking pot shots at eachother then you might find yourself waiting for nothing since you killed the guy long ago but you just dont know it, so, in arma II you could use the mouse wheel and it would tell you at what distance is a player, what is his name, and in what vehicle he is, now that is way too op since you dont even need the rangefinders.... well if there would be some kind of **** has died or *** was shot or *** was beaten to death to indicate you know the first one if you get killed by zombies the second if you got killed by a shot and the last one for melee combat.... but that brings up another question... how do we know if the guy that just died is the guy we are engaged with? well we cant, i guess you can use the mouse wheel when you are close to see the name but a better idea would maybe be if you just scroll the wheel and you see his name when you point at him but with a twist so you cant use it as a laser that scans for players so you keep doing 360 around to see if anyone is around , no, only if you are looking straight at it for 3 seconds and he is around 300 hundred meters around you, that way its a little bit less op and you know who is who and who is dead or alive..... I had more ideas but i forgot em, ill post more as/ if they come back to me....Thanks!
