Once they figure out how to have more of them they will be an issue. I'd love to see player death be a spawn trigger for zombies.

I lost my public character a few times this weekend. With no Z's and low server pop it really wasn't a bad way to play though.

Was fun though, right?

It's just flat-out how I like to play. I don't want to engage someone over open in-game chat in any meaningful conversation, and I don't really give a crap how many bags of rice or fish nets they've found. I don't want them following me around with their orange raincoat and running upstairs to break their legs. I prefer to play with people that know what they are doing, and do what they are going to do.

Looters will be shot on sight.

I would never play under such a ruleset. Whoever thought of that spawn timer idea needs to back off the bath salts.

I die just about every day. Sometimes more than once! :D

I only see one advantage to the public hive in that if your favorite server is down you can play on another. I don't feel it's worth the trade off though. Aside from eliminating server hopping and ghosting, the private hives turn into a community of players, and it becomes more fun to play with or against the same players.

I'll bring a bunch of splints. :D

It's never too late. DayZ hasn't launched yet, it's still in alpha. It can never be too late in alpha as far as I am concerned. I didn't like the first implementation of night time, and I wasn't a big fan of 1pp when I first started. Now I am glad to see the sun setting and 1pp is my favorite. Players will change as time goes on.

So much anger. So much discontent. I hope to soon teach a class, (or perhaps give a demonstration if my luck or tactics fail me) of a relaxation technique I call "Rag-doll Yoga".

I assumed sniper fire. I never heard the shot, just "DOH!", bleeding, my arm is painful, etc. I didn't run that far away though... I will be out there lurking tonight.

I tried sneaking in on the airfield last night and got a broken arm and a few pieces wrecked... I laid low until the server reset around 10 EST. I'll get back to healthy tonight and be back though. ;)

I'd like to go ahead and encourage people to shoot me if you see me sneaking around. I deserve to be shot for several reasons; 1. that I am up to no good, and 2. that I wasn't being sneaky enough. If I get caught, I probably deserve to be shot or robbed. Even when I am a fresh spawn, my first intention is to break into someone's house and help myself to their belongings.
