  1. Zer0, you can find available medics on our teamspeak (server address: ts.tmwdayz.com). We often have plenty of medics up north and if not, I can make the run to come and get you. And thank you kichilron for the location.
  2. Hey Karlkurtz32, There are medics available in the TMW teamspeak, the server address is ts.tmwdayz.com *It might be advantageous to remove your coordinates for now and be sure to only accept friend requests from TMW members. We wouldn't want a bandit to use this forum as a means of tracking you down. Feel free to join whenever you're ready and a medic will come help you.

    heart attack is possible ?

Heart attacks will not cause a black and white screen, though they do exist and can cause death should they not be treated properly. The Black and White screen is from being shot. Not every bullet causes bleeding, though they do have a higher chance. That chance can be lowered depending on the condition and type of your clothing, with military clothing and vests (namely press and ballistic) helping the most to prevent bleeding. What probably happened was your friend took a few too many hits and lost a bit of blood and health. Loss of health means your screen will go blurry. A loss of blood means your color saturation declines. This is normal after taking a few body/leg/arm shots and very common after taking a bullet to the head and surviving. Your friend most likely died from a heart attack but he probably had terrible blood loss after the fight causing that black and white screen.
