My server list is empty, and cannot find any servers

im still having the same problem but even the steam invite doesnt work. gets stuck on the waiting for host menu. Any advice. and yes ive tried the whole ping setting and refresh, reinstalled three times and veryfied my cache. firewall is letting it through too.
