Doesnt work, crashes on my gaming PC, dont have email on it to send log so here's a C&P Win10 pro x64 System.Windows.Markup.XamlParseException: The invocation of the constructor on type 'DayZ_Config_Tweak_tool.MainWindow' that matches the specified binding constraints threw an exception. ---> System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array. at DayZ_Config_Tweak_tool.MainWindow.InitializeButtons() at DayZ_Config_Tweak_tool.MainWindow..ctor() --- End of inner exception stack trace --- at System.Windows.Markup.XamlReader.RewrapException(Exception e, IXamlLineInfo lineInfo, Uri baseUri) at System.Windows.Markup.WpfXamlLoader.Load(XamlReader xamlReader, IXamlObjectWriterFactory writerFactory, Boolean skipJournaledProperties, Object rootObject, XamlObjectWriterSettings settings, Uri baseUri) at System.Windows.Markup.WpfXamlLoader.LoadBaml(XamlReader xamlReader, Boolean skipJournaledProperties, Object rootObject, XamlAccessLevel accessLevel, Uri baseUri) at System.Windows.Markup.XamlReader.LoadBaml(Stream stream, ParserContext parserContext, Object parent, Boolean closeStream) at System.Windows.Application.LoadBamlStreamWithSyncInfo(Stream stream, ParserContext pc) at System.Windows.Application.DoStartup() at System.Windows.Application.<_ctor>b__0(Object unused) at System.Windows.Threading.ExceptionWrapper.InternalRealCall(Delegate callback, Object args, Int32 numArgs) at System.Windows.Threading.ExceptionWrapper.TryCatchWhen(Object source, Delegate callback, Object args, Int32 numArgs, Delegate catchHandler) at System.Windows.Threading.DispatcherOperation.InvokeImpl() at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.RunInternal(ExecutionContext executionContext, ContextCallback callback, Object state, Boolean preserveSyncCtx) at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.Run(ExecutionContext executionContext, ContextCallback callback, Object state, Boolean preserveSyncCtx) at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.Run(ExecutionContext executionContext, ContextCallback callback, Object state) at System.Windows.Threading.DispatcherOperation.Invoke() at System.Windows.Threading.Dispatcher.ProcessQueue() at System.Windows.Threading.Dispatcher.WndProcHook(IntPtr hwnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wParam, IntPtr lParam, Boolean& handled) at MS.Win32.HwndWrapper.WndProc(IntPtr hwnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wParam, IntPtr lParam, Boolean& handled) at MS.Win32.HwndSubclass.DispatcherCallbackOperation(Object o) at System.Windows.Threading.ExceptionWrapper.InternalRealCall(Delegate callback, Object args, Int32 numArgs) at System.Windows.Threading.ExceptionWrapper.TryCatchWhen(Object source, Delegate callback, Object args, Int32 numArgs, Delegate catchHandler) at System.Windows.Threading.Dispatcher.LegacyInvokeImpl(DispatcherPriority priority, TimeSpan timeout, Delegate method, Object args, Int32 numArgs) at MS.Win32.HwndSubclass.SubclassWndProc(IntPtr hwnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wParam, IntPtr lParam) at MS.Win32.UnsafeNativeMethods.DispatchMessage(MSG& msg) at System.Windows.Threading.Dispatcher.PushFrameImpl(DispatcherFrame frame) at System.Windows.Application.RunDispatcher(Object ignore) at System.Windows.Application.RunInternal(Window window) at DayZ_Config_Tweak_tool.App.Main()

NWAF on UK 2-17 today I twitched & KOS'd a guy at the NWAF in one of the tents. Sorry for the KOS, not my style but I was having it away on my toe's from a couple of kitted guys when I stumbled upon you & my first reaction was to shoot. So sorry for that, but the upside was your fully kitted out AK, very nice and appreaciated, i'll use it sparingly & each bullet will be used in your memory.

I got up early and went on my usual server at around 3am GMT and there was one other player online. I was making my way south and I was near the military base near Pavlova when I heard a "thunk!" The other player was at the same location and tried shooting me with a bloody arrow. Out of the whole map he turned up where I was. Interaction with other players is more apparent on .58 than any other for me.

Mine is in my sig & a BenQ GW2765 27" 1440 monitor @ 60hz
-
They were ruined along with 95% of his kit, the only thing to survive my itchy trigger finger was the AK & some opened food inside an ammo tin.

I watched something on youtube regarding 10 & the benchmarks they used, synthetic & games 10 gave up to a 20% increase in frame rates. Havnt got time to look for said review as I'm off on holiday in a couple of hours.
-
Pretty much my experiences, my 970 runs at 1505mhz & a smidge under 7800mhz mem, 4690k overclocked to 4.5 & an 840evo with OS & a couple of games. Until they fully impliment the new renderer we have to deal with it. Its unfortunate but thats how it is at the minute.

I made a post the other week about how difficult "I'm" finding it to survive. {massivly unplayable} Since that last post I am on my 4th char in a week and have managed to get to a point where if I so wished I can hunt & farm. Apples & hydration from the off is a PITA I checked around 40 apple trees and harvested only 4, where is the fun in that? Dodging Z's & other players while trying to get to a point where I'm not dying of starvation is IMO far to tardy of a game. All im asking for is a little more health and more possibility of finding apples from the off than what I have seen in the last year. I play for enjoyment, not to be better than everyone else or play for one-upmanship but to survive. I dont give a toss about what guns/ammo people have I care about playability, I'm a casual gamer, I have a life outside of Chernarus and my time in-game needs to be enjoyable & playable without it being a constant battle looking for the dregs of food left over by other players let alone dodging zombies. Dont get me wrong I enjoy DayZ immensly I just wish that the mechanics were changed to allow early life a tad less challenging.
-
Since the last update im finding the game virtually unplayable due to the very low food/energy starting point. Unless you stumble upon a lucky room or your running with a few mates its dire. I have just played 2 hours and survived on half a tin of peaches, 2 bananna's, 3 apples & a tin of tuna. Cant see shit cause im on the virge of dieing, food is that scarce that spending time trying to kit up & find sustanence while at that point is pointless. I have over 400 hours invested in this game & IMO its just getting worse!

Do environmental Coke and eating sounds mean something?

Generally happens when the server is quite full. -
Great post and very informative. The build quoted is very close to my build. As for FPS I play @ 4k and down scaled to my monitors native resolution of 1650x1080 DSR all settings maxed out I get 40+ in the sticks and 20+ in towns. GPU usage is around 35-50% (waiting for the new engine) so the card has a shit load of overhead ready for that when it happens.
-
Does anyone play using DSR? Tried it at 1440p scaled down to my native 1650x1080.

What is the deal with people hunting trucks? Unless you have a very short window of play time tramping by foot is still the best way of travel. You don't miss anything and your travel is far more stealthy, whereas with a truck you make a shit load of noise and miss everything.

How do you manage your real life and DayZ at the same time?
alferret replied to john5220's topic in General Discussion
I'm 48, work around 60hrs a week and about 10hrs traveling week on that to, I'm married with grown up kids and if I want I can game 5hrs or more a night but choose not to. I watch a lot of TV, and play about 10hrs a week, it's all about balance. -
Configuration of a gaming computer - Need help

I got quite a good PC for games (see my sig) and everything other than DayZ runs great, yea I get good fps a lot of the time but it still has moments where it runs like a dog.As others will attest too until the new renderer is deployed there ain't a lot we can do. Regarding what PC, you'll be better off building your own as this will get you the best bang for your buck. €1050 will get a reasonable machine, gtx 970, 8gb ram, SSD, i5 4690k, mobo of your choice, cheap case, 600w PSU, good cooling, water if budget reaches that far or a quality HSF. Just looked to the link you provide, yes that'll do nicely. -
Left handed people anti-clockwise right handed clockwise.

You play on a 24 inch monitor with a 2ms or less response time and go to a 42 inch TV with a 50+ms or more response time is where your issue is. @boneboys A 24 inch monitor at 1920x1080 and a 42 inch TV at 1920x1080 have exactly the same amount of pixels that need shifting.
-
Just a recommendation, get an SSD for your OS and DayZ, load lag was one of my biggest hindrances. It don't need to be a huge drive, even a 60gb one will do and will make a massive difference.
-
Uninstall it, physically check that all relevant folders are deleted and re-install.
-
Find something with an i5 4690k, 8gb ram, 120gb or bigger SSD and a gtx 970. If you can find that pre built within your budget you'll be good to go.
-
My Palit gtx970 runs at 1379/7600 and 74c max. It's a super card for the price and very overclockable.

LOL all said and done it was quite good

Need gaming pc that run dayz on max settings for constant 60+fps
alferret replied to Drako21's topic in Technology/Programming
i7 isnt needed for DayZ, an i5 has more than enough grunt 4690 or 4690k -
GTX 970 loses monitor signal for some situations

Go into the BIOS and try changing peg/PCI to PCI/peg or the other way around.
