Is there some sort new experimental server script routine that will automatically kick in after several reboots being tested? Or is there actual testing currently being done on all of these empty Experimental Servers, but only on the server side and they're just waiting for the results after accumulating data over the course of a few days? I always imagined that DayZ Standalone Alpha Testing always involved Players.

How do you evaluate server performance with 50/60 people playing together when there's no food respawning to keep the servers full or near full with players? Or was this experimental build to test how well people like running like chimps?

I love this game, Alpha and all. I guess we get to choose between the hacking that is so prevaliant or the apathy from developers to address the issue. *shrug* We're halfway there, right?

Egad! My character's running fast animation looks terrible this patch.

Fires do work indoors, but for some reason they must be placed ground level. If your fire floats, then it won't heat you up or tell you that your face is melting if you're too close.

That's what I saw the very last time I ran across an MP5-K, missing its Buttstock.

I have seen one in .49 Stable at a Helicopter Crash Site. It was badly damaged. There were also a ton of M4 parts, a Badly Damaged Combat Knife and an Pristine FNX that I kept.

Here we are on a weekend with almost all of the US Third Person Experimental servers in a constant Reboot-Loop, with many of the US First Person Experimental servers not far behind. Is there any word on how these servers will be addressed? -

You're right, generally not in the same place. I believe that I have seen this occur on every .49 server that I've played on somewhere in Chernarus, both on Hardcore and Regular Experimental servers, -

That's a negative, Powerhouse. Loot spawns are currently not fixed. Well, unless this new system is really what they're calling Centralized Loot. This image was taken at Green Mountain Exp. .49 server. When I see this happen, it usually happens to an area of buildings for some odd reason. -

There are odd bugs with the key bindings. Personally, when I would have my axe out and upon killing a zombie, my axe gets placed away and my characters pulls out my binoculars... My axe is my number 1 key binding, while my binoculars are number 8. I've also witnessed live Twitch streaming of a player who sometimes tosses his rifles after shooting. -

I was in Staroye today and couldn't believe how over flowing with items each building had. I guess it made up for all of the Military installations only having boots. The Police Station was so jammed packed, I couldn't even walk in to some of the rooms. It was quite unreal. -

Would it be possible for someone to look in to getting DayZ US Southwest 0-5 (Experimental/Testing) back to being functional? It's looks like it's stuck in a reboot-loop. There's only two Southwest 1st/3rd Person View servers and only DayZ US Southwest 0-1 (Experimental/Testing) seems to be be working. It always packed at 40/40. -

Well, there are some players who have kept their characters alive for a very long time by avoiding encounters with other players. I imagine having to lose their character is a serious issue, especially considering how well they have done staying alive. -
I really hope the developers add cannibalism to this game. That would actually be an interesting angle in post-apocalyptic role-playing. Let's make that happen! It's funny that you think this game doesn't have 99% of the animal population culled from the environment. And as far as the humans are concerned, they are the primary predatory threat in this game, if you haven't noticed.

The post-apocalyptic world will be like The Road, with zombies. All survivalists must never forget the human equation when calculating the realities of starvation and having extremely limited supplies. I bet the human element will play the largest part of surviving in DayZ Standalone. Well, unless you plan on playing on a Strict PVE Only Server, but then what would be the point? You wouldn’t be an actual survivalist then, would you? Maybe they’ll have a Single Player Mode for those PVE players…

I hope it becomes more survival based. It'll make gathering food and ammo from other survivors even more important. There will be a laser focus on making sure people get head-shots, so gear and goods aren't ruined in the acquisition process.

Don't worry, man. Along with using http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/forum/83-bug-reports/ be sure to keep posting about your likes and dislikes about the Experimental release of DayZ Standalone. I don't think some of these guys understand that this forum was created for exactly that, discussing anything related to Experimental. Don't be discouraged. Just don't let their Holier-Alpha-Tester-Than-Thou attitude thwart your desire to share your thoughts about Experimental, Bugs or Not. Keep being excited about this game and how you want to see it developed! -

You're lucky! The Experimental Southwest servers I usually play on are stuck in a persistent Reboot-Loop. And the other Experimental Servers that I can connect to around 100 Ping are completely empty of loot. Those servers have an average of 5 people playing. -

Duplication of loot spawn items are being reported. They can be anything that normally spawns. You would be lucky to run across ammo magazines having this issue. I've seen ammo boxes have this odd issue, too. I posted a screen-shot in Bug Reporting showing boots that suffered this odd duplication issue.
