    I experimented with a range of settings and it had no effect - still get the issue when using alpha to coverage in all situations.

    So I hear you like wall glitches...

    Not to be a party pooper but i would caution against getting too excited. It is good news but wait and see. It's probably not the golden fix to everyones wall glitching hopes and dreams. Just give it time, I'm confident BI will continue to do good work regarding wall glitching - perhaps this is one part of some steps towards fixing it.

    I would like the dot crosshair removed from combat, but kept in to manipulate items in the world/pick stuff up etc

    Anyone else name their guns?

    I used to call one "Zombie killa" (pistol) and the other "Player killa" (rifle). Now I just call them Bingey and Bangey. I have an engraved 1911 I call "Cowboy PewPew".

  8. No that only applies to existing players. It helps new players get the feel of the guns and what they do. Tracer rounds were developed IRL for a reason. Bullet impacts are kind of doing the same thing.

    Really enjoying the 1:1 mouse movement in this update. Yes, the yellow protector cases... Oh I am a bit worried about that too, but you know, live and learn... I may have developed an addiction...

  12. There are Pros and Cons to zeds now. I like the increased speed, but with wall clipping it is OP.In fact, I think the faster animations are perfect, but unfortunately its still too easy to sidestep and hit them in the back. They sometimes respawn much too near. They seem to either see you from miles off or just stand there waiting to be axed. I like where things are going, but the fluidity of zombies, the pathing, the wall clipping - these are the areas we are really looking for improvements in. Zombies should be a challenge because they are challenging by nature (small group attacks, calling others, intelligent pathfinding etc), not just because their animations are sped up and they can run through walls.

    Sounds exactly like my setup. im putting it back on my raid 0 wd blacks too. no change to fps on the ssd.
  15. Nah its not a dick move, its a tactic. I used to do it but cant be bothered anymore. Nowadays all i do is hide LRS and ACOG :)

    So the hotfix is great, no issues, very responsive game now. Really liking it. Zombies are hardmode now, which I enjoy - however, after i shot one, another spawned in directly on me. I mean, standing right next to me... touching me. That seems a bit excessive (certainly broke the immersion) but I like where things are headed. Its been fine for me, i just axed 10 or so.

    Stuck under a building

    Thanks! ... This worked perfect. I was stuck in an inaccessible room, did as you said. I spent about half an hour trying to vault, run glitch, prone roll... didn't work.

    Watch out for this inventory bug

    I noticed this too, but sometimes moving any item from one slot to another will make the invisible "0%" item appear, and i drop it on the ground.
