We are getting off topic, but a good custom loop goes a long way. You can also carry it over to new systems as well, which is how I justified spending the money on one. The most you may need to replace is a new water block for your CPU depending on what socket you go with.

Yikes. Temps that high generally lead to excessive wear. Although I am one to keep my system together longer than most (I dont upgrade yearly like a lot of people do) so I might have a biased opinion.

Good liquid cooling goes a long way, I don't have mine at 5, however I rarely see temps over 28c. Agreed. Building a computer around any one game seems less than intelligent.

The only thing I am going to recommend from experience is to stay away from ATI graphics if you can help it. I used to be a huge fan of them, but somewhere along the way their programmers forgot how to code. I finally switched to Nvidia after I got tired of having to roll my drivers back after I updated them to a new version. They usually worked if I waited a week or two after they released them though.

I play on a lot of Vilayers servers and haven't had a problem. Same with Fragnet, although I don't play on them as much.
