I'm glad we've managed to explain things and everyone's happy. Next time I would prefer if we could do that in one place and not start other threads. Next time a thread gets locked, it was probably locked for a reason. I believe there are a few non-battleye servers you can still play on. It's pretty clear what sort of players inhabit those servers though, isn't it?

I actually have no idea what you're trying to say, sorry. Where am I accusing anyone of anything at all? I merely described my own experiences unlike people who will just go ahead and say "raaaaaa, dis and dat is garbage, they should change it to dis" or whatnot.

I think you should re-read my post. I have around 2500-3000 hours played on DayZ and I've not met a single hacker. I can't really comment whether or not the hacker numbers are high. Lucky me, eh?

I wish people would stop saying that. While early access players provide some metrics in development they do not equal actual paid QA testers. They don't even come close. What you said is your opinion of early access. I don't agree with it personally. Either way, nobody is holding a gun to your head making you buy early access games. If you don't like the concept, simply don't buy the games. One thing I'd like to say that if a company goes back on their word and delivers something less than was promised in EA, they pretty much sign their death warrant. Something very similar happened with WarZ or Infestation or whatnot. The company is pretty much done now and that is something which relatively established companies like BIS cannot afford. Like I said.. 50 yards is plausible with an improvised bow. Shooting a bow at 70 yards definitely requires you to be stationary and focused. If someone is shooting at you with a gun, you don't stand much chance of ever hitting them at that distance. Unless you are shivering uncontrollably from cold, I don't think anything else would really affect your shots with some practice.

If you know steps how to prevent it from happening, it might be worth trying to find out the opposite, which is how exactly it happens. Such is the information the devs need to fix the problem.
