Hello there There's lots of fun stuff they want to see in game but they cant mention it as either its under an NDA or they want to keep some surprises back. R has covered before what he feels the game ought to be as an experience in several interviews. If you want to know what new object will be in game, well there is a vague list but no specifics. For example Vehicles. They want those back in, but not like they are in the mod or Arma and the whole Vehicle experience is being rethought and re designed. What else are you after info wise? Hello there I often lazily refer to Chernarus Russian in the same way people use Tannoy or Xerox (or dare I say it mag/clip) I do think of Chernarus as being a previous part of the USSR, correctly or incorrectly. Hello there Do remember decisions are made and unmade all the time. This is not to say it will not be included, but lets wait and see. Remember the images of A3 and "missing" content? Sometimes design decisions are changed. personally I dont mind if Utes is there or not, but I would like some offshore islands. Hello there If we look at VBS2 there is dynamic map editing. This shows that it may well be possible to do this. look at 7.12 Now obviously DAYZ is on a different fork of the RV engine and this kind of editing may differ from the actual world editing in DAYZ, so is not directly comparable, but for me the island solution whilst still not ideal is a better option than the debug plains or *shudder* an invisible forcefield. Hello there I am the spoiler of all fun. To me the mod is nice in the fact it shows what is possible, but it is in a very very rough state. for me the "popping in" transition would irritate, a fade in or even a pixel by pixel reveal would be preferable. Lord knows if that's doable though. Rgds LoK
