Hello there Dont forget VBS is an entirely different beast to what DAYZ needs to be and is also a very different thing to Arma. Not to mention the difference in licences/teams etc. My copy of VBS 1 was held for months by UK Customs whilst they "investigated it". I do understand OP's point and that many non knowledgeable folk might see "just switching" as an option. But the reality is far more complex. If the benefits would be that good by "just switching" to Cryengine, fo example, do you not think they would have not already done that? A few more Lambos is always nice. These guys are not daft. Hello there Also dont forget the Toothpaste Factory Analogy. The company has been making toothpaste for years. All the internal machinery, storage and distribution has been set up with toothpaste in mind. Toothpaste and toothpaste derivatives is what they have dealt in for the past 25 years. Simply use the report button. Sarky posts only result in mini scraps which derail the thread. Educate new posters as to where to look for info if it upsets you. Link them. Advise them. Turn them into good posters. A pointless sarcastic response is as bad as "no research". Rgds LoK

Hello there A decent work life balance is *essential*. Nothing wrong with gaming at any age (im 44) but do get out there and grab that degree, find that girl/boy/Dalmatian/cheese you can do all at once, you just need to manage your time. or be like me, play games all day and become middle aged, unemployed, single and still living with my folks. Hello there I personally think that the whole issue has to be kept in context. Its not as if theyve suddenly announced an ingame pay to win store or lazer sharks. The price has gone up as was well publicised and to soften the blow theres a lil sale on. Not much of one I agree. Could it have been handled a tiny bit better? probably. Is it the apocalypse? no. I dont see what the fuss is about, but then again folk will think im biased. The trouble is, whatever "we" do there will always be those who will want to make an issue out of it.
