Hello there I think monkey's post is in reaction to the amount of regular threads asking the same thing. Your best bet is to update and jump online and see. Half the fun is finding new things. Try a whitelisted server to avoid those pesky scripters though. Rgds LoK

Hello there Ahh, the age old question. There is no one definite answer I'm afraid. It's really up to you and your preferences. Some folk prefer physical media and some prefer the ease and instant downloadability of digital media. For ease of use and lack of physical space I prefer Steam, but YMMV. Hello there Read all the appropriate stickies and check the info at the BE site. There's 2 main reasons for a GB. 1. you or someone using your PC scripted 2. you or someone using your PC downloaded a key stealer disguised as another program (a DAYZ optimiser for example) If it's a non legit ban BE will overturn it. Hello there No flame or sarcasm intended, but if you felt the need to script then the game is simply not for you, as obviously there are aspects of play you cannot deal with and therefore you decided you had to script your way through those issues. Hello there Things like PR often get pushed to the back burner in small projects at certain times and some folk just don't realise how massively important a constant line of communications actually is, even when there is no news to report. I'm not aiming this at the dayz devs just at small projects in general. Also, its easy to forget that although one is or has been for some time aware of a snippet of info or news, that other people may not have been so fortunate, so I can understand why things can get heated. *man hugs all round* Rgds LoK

Hello there I am biased, but to me yes you should get Arma2 CO. With that purchase you not only have the DAYZ mod but a damn fine battlefield simulator as well. Let's not forget the thousands of other mods/missions/maps that are available. It's not as slick as say BF3 but it's soooo deep. Definitely a worthy purchase IMHO. Rgds LoK

Hello there Craving info is one thing. Slating DH for not being perfect is another. Lack of regular info is irritating, I understand that. I personally prefer a regular weekly post, even if it is vague or simply a "nothing to report, folks" type post. Lastly, we have to remember this is a very small team and not an AAA production with whole individual departments. We all want a full blown Linited edition SA in our xmas stockings, but all we can do is wait and be patient. Rgds LoK

Hello there Never use scripts no matter the reason or circumstance. You can buy new keys but there are things you need to do first otherwise you will still remain GB. Use google to do some research first. I wont describe the needed process as I have a rule of thumb not to assist scripters, no matter the reason. Rgds LoK

Hello there The notes appear on the communication channel you use. So in Side/Global (most servers have side and direct enabled) everyone on that "side" can see. As all players are considered by the game to be on the "survivor side" then everyone can read em. It's a legacy thing left over from Arma. Rgds LoK
