Hello there "not being bothered" is not a fair label to assign to the devs of either the mod or the SA. Different issues will have different priorities. Perhaps the wood issue is not on their immediate todo list? Perhaps there's a deeper issue preventing them from solving it. If you want it solved, go in game. get vids/coords etc of where it works and where it doesn't. Rgds LoK

You're cleverer than the average mod... I think bears whilst a nice idea should be way down on the priority list. They would be rare (if we are giving a nod to realism) so the amount of work vs experience may not be worth it at this time. Rgds LoK

Hello there Random events are not a bad idea at all, but they have to be scripted very carefully and be very very uncommon. Also IMHO, they should not lead to uber loot. Heli crashes are a form of this (except the loot is uber). If each "event" had many random variables then no two would realistically ever be the same and I believe in everyone having a unique experience as much as possible. Rgds LoK

The trouble is, if one gives a time/date and then for some unforseable reason it's missed, the web is suddenly full of posts stating that the "DEV LIES!!!!111!" et al. If one gets a dev blog, then great, if not, then there are other things out there to do. L
