Hello there We don't like copy paste replies in general. So, in a way you have been advised correctly if unofficially. You *have* posted 2 replies in two threads with the same text. If you'd like to advertise Your boyfriend's and your server feel free to make an appropriate thread in the appropriate area. Then you could put a link in the thread to your Server's post to anyone who needs a server rather than copy n paste. Your reasons may have been honest and innocent, but when we see cut and paste posts in different threads it sets alarm bells ringing. Try it our way and we'll all be happy. Rgds LoK

Hello there Nope, as you said, I'm not saying that at all. But it grates that when new info is released folk still complain. And when the devs undoubtedly see the lackluster response they could be forgiven for thinking twice before even bothering to let a little info out. Mini, yes. Informative, yes. I think it's great. Sometimes there just will not be any "fun" stuff to see. So when we do get scruffy vids we should appreciate they took time to film/review/upload etc. A weekly feedback such as this, for me, would be ideal (no pressure, Matt). One has to remember though that often even a small post like this may have to be confirmed by someone higher up the food chain as it is "insider info" and that can sometimes take time depending on schedules/workload etc. Regardless. Hello there Just because a few of us complain about the perceived lack of info doesn't mean that the devs are being unprofessional. We are griping about issues that concern "us", but I bet there's thousands who don't care a jot about the blog etc. I'm positive there is a reason and/or reasoning behind the lack of info even if we don't personally agree. But if the dev team have decided to go uber stealthy then that's fine, just let us know so we can pass that on to the wider world. I think its the lack of consistency that jars. This forum should be a key place for press releases with facebook/twitter used for tidbits/teasers. Reddit has it's place also but IMHO should not take precedence over the main site. Or if it is meant to then link/embed it to the site. As I have said many many times, a little feedback, even if not really interesting, is better than none at all. Rdgs LoK

Hats will be part of the in game micro transactions. I made a poll and 98pc said you would be disappointed if hats were not permanently lost on death and would not be satisfied unless they cost a fiver for a days wear. Plus all hats get extra spikes and skulls to make them all exclusive. L ps this is not fact.

hullo there Yep, Triffid venom will blind their prey if stung on the eyes/face. Goggles/diving masks/paintball masks are key, so perhaps another useful in game item? I forgot about the electric fences and the Triffids testing them for weak spots. I generally go by the Book or the 70's tv series. Rgds LoK

Almost correct :) Dean's initial deadline was his "personal goal". As to his fame, well I'm sure his ego doesn't mind the web wide stroking it's recieving, but getting the "brand" out there at various expo's and confrences is a vital part to assisting in the games success IMHO. Rgds LoK

Hello there Remember, there has never been an official release date. The Dec one was just a personal aim for R and one suspects would have been a very different game from the one they now intend to release. Btw you don't need friends to play the game as others have said. You can solo quite happily It is easier with chums, but that for me is part of the challenge. Rgds L
