    Hello there @Mike I think it's more your attitude that is winding folk up. You are coming across quite smug in your faith in your own abilities. A simple search of the forums would show you who is involved in the mod and its upkeep, if you have a burning question that's only answerable by them you might try to PM one of the mods dev's/assistants.     Hello there Sorry, i was a bit distracted! Yes, you will be able to run it on any server with it enabled or one without key checks (but those are super vulnerable to scripters). You may get kicked from servers but will not receive a Global ban. Just make sure you download it from a *known* source. Rgds LoK

    Hello there I'd like the infection to affect zeds coordination more as Spudman says. Those infected are not going to be all that fit and healthy after all. Perhaps a short sprint should be all they can manage due to lung damage/infection for example? Rgds LoK

    Hello there Im a fan of this mod, but just adding it into the code is not easy as you imagine. There are a myriad of reasons, one being perhaps Shack Tac have not given their permission for the mod to use it? Regardless, it would be nice as would the shacktac hud. Rdgs LoK

    Hello There Im currently testing 2 commercial game closed Alphas as well as working on a new large Arma2 mod as well as being involved in some other projects I cannot discuss publicly. I don't receive a cent and nor do any of my comrades who assist me. It's not all about the cash. Rgds LoK

    Hello there Constructive feedback is needed but a little thought and perhaps research need to be employed before becoming angry with any new change. As to the removal of the .50 cals, would it have been a softer blow if the rationale was clearly stated for their removal rather than just a line in the patch notes for those who dont follow the forums? Lastly, there are always servers running either older or modded versions of the patch, that's the beauty of the open Arma system. Wait a few days and you'll soon see servers with .50 cals re enabled. I'm glad they're out as they didn't fit in the DAYZ mythos IMHO. Rgds LoK

    Hello there Don't forget, although we throw the Z word around they are in fact supposed to be suffering from an infection and are not your traditional Slow moving Zombie. I'm a traditional Zombie fan rather than the newer 28days infected, but I'm an old fogey. So, be prepared to possibly see them do things one doesnt expect. Rdgs LoK

    Hello there Once the SA is released, I do hope folk will realise that its going to be a damn early build and not fully representative of the final/full release and there are many things that will be added/removed/tweaked/balanced/nommed/thought of/forgotten etc etc. It's a small team creating a big old game without a Hollywood sized budget. As long as the interface/inventory is better than SS13's then I'll be happy. Rgds LoK

    Hello there I'd like to see a variety of different slings/holsters/old bits of rope I can attach to a rifle if it has the required attachment points. Each with their own pluses and minuses. Rgds LoK

    Hello there To play any mod you will have to install it. So if you only have DAYZ installed you wont be able to play on a DAYZi44 server. Use the filters. Dayz commander is almost fool proof. Rdgs LoK

    Hello there I'm glad they're out purely as they didn't really fit into the feel of the game. the CZ should still be a decent weapon with which to pick off those pesky bandits. IMHO most weapons a should immobilise you if you get hit. If I stub my toe or tread on lego it stops me in my tracks. Rgds LoK TL;DR there are other rifles. Use those. L
