Hello there I didnt personally mean to be harsh with you O.R. But, I personally would be so miffed with certain 'Tubers and redditors and even forum members. R must have a hide of steel (Im a sensitive thing). Compared to a standard AAA release there *are* issues, there's no denying that. But, I feel we all need to cut the devs some slack. We have to remember even though this is "produced" by a games company, it *is* a small one and R etc is only a small part of it, although due to the virality an important one. I fully *get* peoples irritation but I think there are more important things to concentrate on. R is just a guy, you know? Although he has had experience in the gaming industry previous to this he isn't an expert. There's a heck of a lot of new territory to be covered. I think he, the devs, the support (red guys) and us lowly mods (including those lazy Green/gold chaps) are doing a sterling job. Plus, the honesty and transparency, for me, is really refreshing compared to many other multinationals I've previously worked with. (obviously i'm just a volunteer and consider myself an average user that just stomps on spam occasionally). It just *chaffs* me a little when I see 'tubers and members crying "SCAM!" and "Lies!" and that's why I respond harshly sometimes. It's a game. It's gonna be a good un. it wont be perfect, but it'll be damn fun and it will be ready when it's ready. It's not going to change global economics or solve poverty. Get involved, that's great but don't make it into a crusade. Rgds LoK

Hello there R is in touch so much, he's even posted in this thread. Yes, his PR skills are under 9000 when it comes to regular dev blogs, but it's not like they've gone silent on us. I think if someone has lost interest then the SA over such a short amount of dev time then they're probably not the target audience. Also, I don't understand why folk would be "frustrated" there's a lot of info about, although it may not be collated as much as some might like. Hello there Its true one cannot judge a book by its cover, but it can often give indicators. I suppose the Bandit skin reflects this as we cant see any other "tells" with the current avatars/resolution body stance etc etc. Yes, the bandit/hero skins are kind of sledge hammer fixes but how else could we portray these things in game. Whenever I encounter a "nutter" in real life, even if they are smartly dressed there are many many little signs which signal "danger" these cannot be displayed in the game as it stands. I'd like to see a better way to reflect a persons character in game but have no idea how it could be achieved. Rgds LoK

Hello there If we think about it the whole idea of the game is a little ludicrous. It would be an interesting mechanic if handled properly. Yes they are infected, but let's say that after death the still living infection affects motor function for a while resembling human action or even a vestigial representation of the survivors last movements. There are many ways and means to "justify" pretty much anything in the game, so lets not nitpick but rather think if the suggestion will *add* to the game and judge it on those merits. Rgds LoK

Hello there Don't forget that when we do get out hands on the game it *may* be a "rough and unpolished" and *will* be an alpha not a final game. Many changes will not be instantly noticeable as they are "behind the scenes". Just manage your expectations when the game is released and I'm sure we will love it. I'm looking forward to the Alpha being publicly released but I'd rather the chaps take far longer and release a decent solid build rather than bend to "expectation" or whining and release something flawed. But I have faith in R and the team to stick to their guns. Dont listen to rumour (not even from me when I talk about the SA, I do so as a normal forum member) wait until R gives the thumbs up before you believe any release date. Rgds LoK
