I am trying to record dayz but having trouble with elgato. Elgato runs fine on any other game but when I try to record dayz it just lags hardcore. I am not sure If my computer needs an upgrade or what, but any help would be awesome :) Also i run elgato capture on 720p. I do not record 1080p with max settings, I let it set itself to insure smooth running on my PC. I also turn dayz settings to low. new patch came out with a BUNCH of problems.

the annoying thing about it is when you kill a zombie another one spawns in its place. this could happen a number of times

yes same thing happened to me. spawn in, cant equip anything or open doors, then session lost. annoying

hmmm my PTT is set to default. I have no fraps or anything else. I also tried changing the PTT to a key that was not bound to anything else and still lag, i adjusted my videos settings to the lowest, still lag.. idk whats going on but all my friends seem to have no problems. any other game I have has no problems as well.

my internet is fine :/ it seems to not bother anyone else when they use the mic button. weird.

should the headset really affect the push to talk button? its a afterglow wireless headset.

When I press my push to talk button I get a burst of lag then I am fine, anyone know why?
