Rain coat got 4x slots, down jacket had x3 last i checked, so even if both were water proof the rain coat wins. I've never used the down jacket.

The servers that are up, the european ones at least, loose connection with me after about 5 minutes.

There goes SWE01 it seems. Now there are just two servers left in total that i can see. Do I have to go outside?

In svetlo the doors would first have to be "closed" before i could open them, even if they were closed.

Two CTDs in an hour. The sounds where you can hear other people loading and opening stuff are back. Servers seem to crash, or at least I'm loosing connection after about 5-10 on any server. Swedish servers are not showing up. Found cattleprod and telescopic batoon. Tested the batton, kindof like a baseball bat in usefullness, but it will fit in one slot. Didn't find a battery for the cattleprod until my char got reset randomly, that has happined a few times.

I have it in my medkit (i think). I crashed soon after i tested it and didn't check if it deteriorated (i don't see why it should tho). I haven't got anyone close to me right now to test it on unfortunately and the CTD makes it difficult to meet up.

IOW, they read all our theories, fixed it and are pushing it out ;) When is the AM relative to the now?

I just found a medical thermometer, haven't seen that before. When I use it, it tells me my body temp :) Also i can hear the zeds coming before i hear their screams, sounds like a big dog charging towards you when the hoppers come and its otherwise all quiet :) If only someone could test on a server all alone if they get the same CTD problem.

Just crashed again, opening a door inside one of those blue med centers. Has anyone noticed how you no longer hear other peoples reloads, pops, and zeds?

I just started fighting 3 zombies (before that running into a small town) and when I started hitting them with my farming hoe, 4-5 people lost connection, but I was fine. Just throwing it out there.

Also wrong char for me at load screen. Temperature system seems to work a lot better, haven't been cold/hot in stable weather wearing a a sweater, jeans and a hard hat. CTD info: - Nvidia (newest drivers) 340.52 - Windows 8 ent. x64 - launch options: -nosplash -cpuCount=4 -maxMem=24576 -exThreads=7

Crashing a lot here, 4 times in under 30 minutes. Seems to be around houses and for me, so far only in third persion view. Can it be camera collision? EDIT: happened in 1st person also, when opening a door inside a house (the one story red one that has a bar, a hallway with stairs to a locked door in the middle, and a backroom with a closet that leads to another backroom with a bed. Also two swedish servers just stopped responding, might be coincidental. EDIT: is not, just joined a new server and saw 4 people being flushed at the same time. EDIT: crashing is server wide. BUG: if your inventory is full, and you hold a not full medic kit in your hands, doubleclick a food item thats on the floor, it will go into the medic bag.

I still don't see the problem. Not in this game. Perhaps it was different in the mod where you didn't know (?) which server was changed or could suddenly be changed for the worse, but now you could choose to play on a server where that wouldn't be possible and just completely avoid private shard servers, while communities who wants to mod the game to make it more realistic or less realistic and play it their own way could do that. I don't really see why we who are not against private servers and freedom should be limited by people who just don't want us to be able to do it while it wouldn't affect them in any way unless they wanted it to. To be honest it just sounds like you want old grudges to limit the future. There are solutions, and you don't have to make something illegal before looking at them, thats just sad. And splitting up the community? What community? This forum? The only reason I am here is to see what new features are being added, and in this example show that not everyone is for limiting servers, other than that we will have our own community.

I think I would have just shot him to be safe, but then there would be no interaction which is boring, and now that shooting people doesn't mean they die...maybe I wouldn't, but then I would probably be dead.

Sounds like you met a cheater. I saw someone post videos of what you describe here, and it was obvious that it was cheating. I have experienced things that don't make sense like these my self, like people you are shooting at suddenly being behind you even if that would be impossible without being able to teleport, which they do. Cheating in this game looks easy, and it has always been cheaters in this game making it hell for everyone else, and the only thing that will "solve" it, is the update where lockable servers/white-lists are made available.
