Okay I think I have got it working, follow this step by step guide if you have the same problem! also I am not too sure about people who use other programs and not dayz Commander but it may just work the same way! 1. Delete Arma 2 and reinstal it. 2. Delete Operation Arrowhead and reinstal it. 3. After you did that run Arma 2 and close it. 4. Do the same for Operation Arrowhead. 5. And the same for the Dayz Mod. 6. Then when you go to update the game via Dayz Commander it should work fine. 7. If not I guess just deleting everything to do with Dayz and Arma might also work. Okay, I have been playing the Dayz Mod alot ever since I decided not to play standalone due to no cars, and other annoying stuff that bugs me, but all of a sudden every time I go to start Arma 2, or pick a server for Dayz through Dayz Commander a message comes up saying "wrong cd key" apparently some people get this message when they have hacked versions of the game but I got mine directly of the steam store, this is also happening to my friend and it is constant I can never play the game, I have deleted Arma 2 and reinstalled it, and I am now in the process of doing so for Operation Arrowhead, also when I go in to the instal part of the Dayz Commander it says that my Arma 2 is "out of date" but every time I go in steam there is no update that seems to be coming through, and when I go to instal it via the Dayz Commander it comes up the same message about wrong CD key and everytime I go to play Arma 2 via the steam games menu it says "please update these games - Arma 2" but how do I update them? Please comment below if you are having the same problem and maybe we can try to get it working together, it is extremely annoying and it stops me from playing the game all together! It could off been a bug, but when you are close or touching a wall you can sometimes glitch threw the wall and other players can see it but you will not, so you wont even now you are doing it, so he might of seen you glitch threw the wall and shot you while he had the chance?

I think bayonets would be good, but not a thing that should be focused on, they need to add the ability for suppressors to actually work and cooking is a must and is hopefully being worked on as we speak?

Most of the time when you join hardcore servers you will get a different character and you will have a separate character for regular servers, so make sure you are not joining a hardcore server cause it might reset your whole character?

That is true but when I was in game and when I left due to me not having my gear it did not show my gear on the start screen at all I was a complete fresh spawn as if I had just died, I don't know if this is still a problem but I did just get my computer fixed so I got a new hard drive and I re downloaded everything so it might have just been a problem with some files or something like that, but for me it dose not happen any more if it dose happen to you I recommend deleting the game and downloading it agin it might work for you too because that is basically what I did

I was just playing a game of DayZ, I was running around Electro and I killed a guy who was holding up my friend, I got his gear and me and my mate logged off for the night, I did everything right, I hid in a bush and then I press escape and exited, but the nest day when I logged back on all my gear was gone everything I had nothing, and I respawned back at the coast, everything was gone, I did not do anything wrong, I did not die while I was logging out, and my mate still had all of his gear so I don't think it was a problem with the server, this bug is extremely annoying and as it keeps happening I can never advance in the game and I am getting sick of it to be honest, if you have a solution to this problem or it has been happening to you please contact me as soon as possible because I am really getting annoyed as I can never continue the game and its the same this all the time.
