Problem is you're on a console. And BI is in the business to make money. Dayz was just a way to fund A4 development.

If the devs give headless client support then modders will definitely do it.

Dayz expansion mod is more than a few months out. It won't be released until AFTER 1.8 hits and breaks a bunch of stuff that the modders will have to fix. It's gonna be a minute. I really don't see what the big deal is. Play a modded server with the COD requirements you desire. If that's your thing. Or go vanilla. -

Played the map. Fun and brutal. I had no idea what was going on the entire time. Better tidy things up devs. There are lots of AAA games coming in the next 6 months.

FYI XBOX players, your characters will be wiped on the regular until the full game is officially released. DO NOT GET ATTACHED TO YOUR GEAR You bought an early access title. Wipes are frequent. Dean with it.

Check their twitter. Only a select few have the preview. No one else has access at this time. If you don't have access now you gotta wait.

There is already waterproof mil gear. Modders will take care of whatever else that doesn't make it in the game.

Thanks for the 10,000th thread on the topic. Early access is the bane of game development. You give people the opportunity to bitch and they will bitch. I myself enjoy seeing and experiencing the rough and rocky road of game development.... but the "gimme gimme" crowd is not built for it.
