Yes, this game is messed up. We went MONTHS WITHOUT infected. We went MONTHS with infected that would NEVER lose aggro and would follow you across the ENTIRE map. We went MONTHS with infected that could jump fences, yet we could not. Drop a weapon on the ground and *poof* its gone. Camera glitches that are still present. Cheating software that can't be detected. A vehicle sim that was supposed to be for DAYZ but went to Arma Reforger instead. Gun sway used to be absurd. We had broken bones for a bit and then that is gone. Rust has a more fleshed out DAYZ mod than this game. Name calling is for the weak.

It would be awesome if we had any animations except for the ones that have been in the game 10 years now. 2023 and this game still uses placeholders for nearly every action.

Draw distance didn't suffer until they decided to cater to consoles. Then our distance slider disappeared...... so thanks for that consoles. Dayz being released to consoles was a money grab to fund Enfusion for Arma4 development. That's it. Don't worry there will be a Dayz mod for Arma4 that will probably be better than this, with more features and vehicles that actually work.

We used to have a distance render slider in the options. Then the consoles happened and that went bye-bye.

I figured people would be pissed off at the fact there are no vehicles still in this game. I mean, 7 months should be enough right? Since it was teased in Feb of 2022 and its almost September.
