So since .60 was dropped the servers were only hit 196k times? Does'nt really make sense, as they were testing log in and need infos for bugs. And also this game has sold over 3 million units, so maybe basic math isn't your forte? The hype for this game was ridiculously strong for .60 .

About the servers, do you see anyone NOT expecting the servers to be up by monday (besides me) ? No, you a lot of sad faces who thought they will get back on 0.60 on Monday. It is also completely up to be to decide if I like this dev. team or not and you can't do anything about it but to play a dayz:sa superhero. DayZ is a very unique ZPA and I want to play only this survival game. Not h1z1, not any other game and I have my reasons for that but this does NOT change the fact that the amount of money which has been gathered is more than enough to hire professionals who would also work weekends. It would also show that the developers actually love their own project and work on it as much as it's possible. If you constantly run away from work on weekends (sure you can, sure you have a family and stuff, nobody is judging you for that, but makes you just an average coder/whatever and many, many others would do your job much better and faster, fact). It is not about the game BioHaze, it is about the team which can do much better with that amount of money. On this note, you guys can reply, quote me as much as you want - waste of your time. I said what I wanted and why I am actually here is to be able to chat about the 0.60 experimental branch.

If you want everything handed to you.... this isn't the game for you. Loot distribution is for getting people off the coast and less pew pew in cherno. I guess there will be modded servers with full loadouts if thats what you like.

Grass getting flattened has been in since day 1, hold over from arma 2 I do believe.

I hear there are lots of easy mode care bear games out there for you play instead.

Also, can @boneboys maybe trim the fat off this thread and maybe make it a bit more streamlined?

Lol I love seeing the new guys and lurkers talk smack at each other. There are plenty of casual games for you guys to go play and complain about.

Not gonna bother trying to get in anymore, ya'll have fun. Gonna wait a few weeks for the new to wear off. Look forward to testing with the regulars and less posts from the lurkers/newguys/whiners/etc that have been showing up in droves.

I've seen gpu's on the verge of final death doing that stuff.

After reading through the posts, I'm glad I was watching Corrosion of Conformity and Lamb of God live last night oblivious to what was going on. Kinda happy I don't follow the forums much anymore unless I'm at my pc. I saw them in memphis but this is a cool show too. Watch and think about other things while you wait.

Great post Hicks. I'm looking forward to .60 and patiently waiting playing Diablo 3..... and I am looking forward to surviving with some of my buds who I haven't gamed with lately via DayZ .

Give experimental 2 weeks and the pop will drop back to the regulars for the most part. Everybody will like the fps increase, but after that new wears off there will still be the same old stuff to do. So most of the casuals will drift back off to new and previous games. I'm not gonna lie I like stalking and shooting people just as much as I like being Joe Survivor. We just need to stay in groups and watch our backs.....
