As far as I can tell its "official servers" only - not totally sure on that but those are the ones I Play on - I have found the tent citys to be full of lewt - maybe try a less frequented airstrip then balota or a fresh server -
have you tried crawling up the scaffolding and dropping off or the construction stairs - stand up press w and repeat till you're up top - or log onto a high pop server looks like you're in Berenzino someone should be by pretty quick

Perhaps you logged onto a regular or hardcore server? (forgive me if you're aware of this already) - the new zombies WILL kill you if you log within their reach - otherwise "unjustness" happens to all here in Dayz if that makes you feel any better

way outside a town area (few hundred meters) preferably deep inside tree line, or out of the way 2nd floor house - seen allot of, looks safe, yet logs in at beach, for my friends that don't do the above -

Saw a recent youtube video with the same hacking and either the same guy or his voice is very similar (having finished your video I feel certain the voice is the same) - the video I saw also took place in elektro - also I got the feeling he could spot items and people through buildings and objects
