About Spite (DayZ)

    On the Coast
  1. I can't even wonder around the zombie-infested post-appocolapyse for more than five minutes without a girl hitting on me. I only bought Day Z because it works out cheaper than an eharmony membership. It's where I pick up all my bitches, yo!
  2. I think it was supposed to be reduced to 10 minutes in a previous update, however it's been a bit hit and miss based on my experience. Some bodies disappear after around 10 minutes, others seem to hang around for a lot longer - and yes, they are still loot-able.
  3. At a risk of sounding like yet another self-entitled, me-me-me, geef-geef-geef cry-baby in a self-obsessed, instant-gratification culture...I'm inclined to agree. On one hand, I appreciate that game development takes time.Time must be spent on 'behind-the-scenes' updates that nobody will appreciate. On the other hand, I'm really enjoying the game and I can only imagine how much more awesome it will be with vehicles, base building and persistent storage (among other things). So, GIVE GIVE GIVEEEE!
  4. I'm sure titties have little significance here, but my other-half is absolutely dreadful when it comes to gaming - particularly PC gaming. She has zero co-ordination when it comes to keyboard & mouse control, and she doesn't have the patience to play tactically. I've had her playing BF3 in the past and that was, entertaining. I've also played some RPGs/MMOs with her and she's a little better at those - I think they're a little more forgiving. I'm not sure how she'd feel about axing someone in the face for can of Pipsi. If it comes down in price, I might buy her copy just for my own amusement. It'll certainly be a challenge keeping her alive! As I say, I'm sure titties have little part to play and it's merely co-incidental that she happens to be a girl and happens to be god-awful at video games. I'm sure there are plenty of gal's who can hold their own.
  5. You may have been joking, but I actually agree with you on this. It would be an ideal way of moving along the coast quickly and relatively quietly. Of course, it would be risky in the sense that you're bound to the tracks could easily be ambushed. It should be operable with one man, but faster with two - encouraging team work/co-operation. For me: 1) Vehicles / Transportation 2) Base building / persistent storage 3) More guns, clothing and items In addition to the usual bug fixes, optimization etc.

    Update Rev. 0.36.115535 (Experimental branch)

To those who are offended by the prospect of an 'Eat all' option, do you have to keep reminding yourself to continue eating in real life? Or, when you set out to eat a meal, do you do so with the intention of eating until you're full/satisfied? Personally, I open all of my tins with a fire axe. Even though I'm often starving to death, I disregard the resultant spillage and eat the remainder in several calculated chunks. I have to remind myself that I'm starving to death and might want to finish the tin before I pass out. That's realism, baby.
