Enquiring minds want to know: can you set people or zombies on fire by shooting them with a flare? EDIT: Goddammit, now(1804 CET) all exp servers except one 3PP are down.
-
This version really does not like me. Played again today, with BE excluded from AV. I play for couple of minutes, discovering the ice-pick is pretty sweet and works well on walkers. Then I get 'session lost'. WTF. Never had that before.
-
Well, I started playing but within about 8 minutes Battleye went titsup or something and I got kicked. What's the issue there, I imagine it's intrusive as fuck, so does it spar with the AV or something and that causes it's failure, or is it network issues? I've never encountered this issue, but I've seen plenty of people getting kicked for their BE client not responding ,,,

I've got the feeling the people in charge of exp.servers are my spiritual brothers in procrastination. I've been meaning to clean the kitchen floor for quite some time, probably since last exp servers worked, but still haven't done it. At least I have an excuse now, the bloody flu has returned.

What is weird that I logged on once today to uk-0-06 exp. Server was kind of weird, looked like tripled loot everywhere.
-
It seems that for me, every time I log out I lose everything. Is this a new feature of experimental?
-
The game crashes every time I kill a zombie. And probably also the server crashes, as I've had it crash on me when I was just opening inventory. Also the server number miscount.

So bugs I've encountered so far - hit box getting detached. I've seen it left on the floor below me, a couple of yards aside, etc. - screen randomly flashing to the 'splash' screen (picture of forest, etc) and then seeing the 'Receiving' message on top left - loot not respawning (not clear), but I've seen zombie filled areas where there was almost nothing in various sheds, rooms, etc. - extra but transient memory usage that triggers the 'close program to prevent data loss' message from Windows (7. 64bit). When I go to check, it's only 70% etc.. And I have eight gb.

Fukken invisible zombies. Fuck.

Sorry about that. What position kind of position were you using for shooting? A bench rest? -

EDIT: ( 8/8 quote above is not pilgrim's, but foxdie_01's, I messed up while originally editing this post) Try shooting in real life... JFK... people, humans are not terminators. It's pretty hard to eliminate sway unless you are using a bench-rest. And with 12-15x zoom, sway is pretty much inevitable. -

That's 1) a really small knife 2) not 'in the boot' but on the boot. On it's outside, in a special pouch. -

I'd love to see someone running with a knife in their boots... ^_^ -
This is complete and utter bullshit. There is no such effect. People can eat human meat and be perfectly fine. In fact, folk beliefs run into the opposite direction. A common belief among tribals was that eating other people gave you their strength and vitality.. There's even a funny statue in Tarabuco, Bolivia, commemorating a past victory of natives over the Spanish. Yep. That guy has taken a bite out of the heart of his fallen enemy..

You've actually got it completely backwards, padre. Humans practiced cannibalism in the past. And because of that, we're somewhat resistant to it. Unlike cows - which contracted BSE more easily after being fed foodstuffs containing prions. There were at least ~200K cases of BSE in Britain, and so far, 166 deaths due to vCJD.. and that's after people ate tainted meat for years. Furthermore, it seems some more cannibalism (mortuary in this case) has led to development of almost complete immunity to prion diseases in a certain Papuan tribe..
