Arrogant. Maybe, just maybe it happens EVEN though it has not happen to you. To say "all" people here have just logged out in dangerous areas is beyond arrogant and dumb..

Since buying the game I have died 3 times to in game reasons (bandits) and 8 times to this log out bug... Very annoying. Fix this before adding silly things pleaseeeeee.

Are you following me just to be a dick for no reason? Its a game and will never have enough features to show how a real situation would play out. Also people wouldnt look for combat just to kill someone and then walk off not even taking anything from them for example. Its common sense and just a game. No I added the killing bandits for fun part because I wanted to clarify. Why would it piss bandits off? they play for the fun of combat and I gave it to them? You have no common sense.. * Calling people kids does not make you a adult*

1 - I'm not a hero. I play the game to hunt bandits and help people IF they ask for it. I dont do good to be a hero but because its more fun then shooting people for no reason just to grief and leave the body to disappear. 2- I saw them kill someone with nothing so I hunted them. In the first spot I killed one and took a hit doing it then I moved around and killed the last one. I didnt piss anyone off.. I had fun killing bandits because its a game and I find the most fun killing bandits. Why are you hostile for no reason on the forums haha. Weird.

Having your own opinion is never aloud on day z forums (sarcasm)... people know this game is rubbish at simulating how a real zombie apoc would turn out and that it is just a complex pvp game full of typical internet people.. if they think its actually close to a real simulation of a zombie apoc and how things would really be then they are derp. Posting on the forums wont make deluded people change their mind. Just try and have fun with what ever play style you chose. bandit, hero, senseless killer who does not loot the bodies or griefer etc.. no internet based community for any game is good.

I got shot by a mosin at close range after engaging some bandits. It hit me down to just before black and white screen and I had to relocate and then go back and kill them. In the end by the time I finished relocating and killing them I was full health again (Healthy status). I just thought maybe it was a shot to my arm or something or maybe it hit the wall then me or something. Hmm meh!

Nice story. Good to see people playing a more interesting play style.

Same, I have quick net and turn it off as I play. Still I see desync some times. I think its something on the games side. I dont know I just wish it would be fixed so when I shoot someone at 20m dead on it actually hits them.

I hope so. Its also to do with your own connection but desync really does make most combat encounters a random luck of the draw to who wins unless you get the drop on them.. All three of my deaths have been from getting the drop on a bandit and shooting them enough that they should of died but they turn around and take some shots on me before they die. Example: I saw a bandit kill a fresh spawn and then run into a pub. I sneaked into that pub and saw him looking out of a window with a m4. I take a step out and shoot him 2 or 3 times before moving behind the wall to be in cover again (He was facing outside the window the whole time). However I see him falling to the ground dead but turning to face me at the same time and the sound of his gun going off. I am behind the wall in cover and die. Funny part of the story is I spawned at the top east part of the map about 200 meters from the spot that this happened and managed to get both my gear and his haha. I know my connection and the server connection has something to do with this but in this situation he was never facing me and I even did the right things to lower lag/ desync death. None the less I died still. I find that its far better to only engage in combat if you have a huge advantage.. surprise, a little distance, etc.

Logging out in a safe place and then coming back the next day and logging in at the coast as a fresh spawn... I take all the precautions to lower the random death bug but it still happens..

Well I have enjoyed it so far. People in this community (well all of the internet) are just ass hats and will complain for any reason they can find.. This made me laugh in real haha.

You need to hang around better people and stop trying to live/ live around people who are like animals. There is a reason people (not everyone) has evolved.

People make too many excuses for why they are ass hats. I am not saying you are a ass hat. Your explanation is right but its like all philosophy.. half right but half wrong.. In the end being a good human is simple.. do good and feel good doing it. *edit* - its 2014 and people have no excuse to be a d bag anymore. Either you are a evolved human or a animal.

So the brag is about killing fresh spawns? I hide around that town waiting for "skilled" teams like yours and then I clean you all up because you are all trained in the art of scum bag fresh spawn killing and don't know how to react to bullets ACTUALLY being shot back at you. *edit* ^ this guy gets it.. being in a team full of geared members and killing a person with nothing but a axe is just as bad as killing a fresh spawn with nothing. (Unless of course they are running at you or something to try and kill you). Meh, in the end I guess I am thankful for pussy's (directed at OP) like you because it is the main reason I play. Hunting bandits is more fun then slaying unarmed kids.
