I'm beginning to notice how monotonous this forum is becoming. Anyone else think the Day-Z community is running out of things to talk about? When was the last time a significant update has happened? We kind of got persistence...I think? The whole temperature thing worked for a few days...right? The last "big one" I remember was the ability to make a camp fire and cook meat. Christ, seems like a lifetime ago. We spawn, we know what buildings to find specific items, we get them, we shoot at each other, we die. I know platoon "ALPHER" is assembling for formation...but I mean...come on. WTF is going on with this game?! Every time an update happens the devs act like we should be honored to experience such hard work and dedication. Yet every time I download an update and play for a few days I can't help but think... "so what?" Then you begin to realize that you have to wait another MONTH or so for something else to happen. "Come back when its DONEEE!!!!" they say. The progress of this game is mind numbing. When in the world is the final version of this supposed to drop? Can you even fathom this?

I wouldn't say strong, spartan mentality men...just more intelligent, mature men.

You think I'm not aware that COD is in first person? I'm saying that COD kids like 3rd person in this game particularly because its EASIER. Easier to kill, easier to find loot, easier to spot people, more entertaining to see your character. Little kids need quick and fast entertainment, they search for the easiest route. I'm going to assume you guys are all about that 3rd person stuff, right?

What in the hell has happened to the hardcore community? I'm trying to play some DayZ at 8 PM on a Friday night and the best 1st person only server I can get is 10/40. I remember back when the ZaP servers were the hot thing (which was about 2 months ago) you couldn't get into them without attempting to join for at least 5 minutes. Why is no one playing hardcore anymore? Have the COD kids officially taken over?

75 slot servers...and still NO ONE is inland. What the hell is your fascination with Berezino and the North East? Just explore the map for once, live on the land and respectfully earn your gear. Stop being lazy and climb a few hills, run in the middle of nowhere until you see a building or town to explore. Look I get it, the apartments in Berezino are such a COOL and AWESOME spot to snipe from! All those hoards of bambi's you can kill, so satisfying..... I promise you, when you run into someone inland in some small town....the bond is a lot stronger.

I keep getting a "joining game" message when I try and connect instead of the "server full". Pretty annoying.

For some reason I can't the game to recognize that I want to play on experimental, h'm. 75 man servers, best news I have heard in awhile.

It baffles me to think that this is NOT the direction some people want the game to go.

Its been 3 days and I haven't seen one person. My character isn't in the north east. We need bigger servers.

I got on last night for some reason. Realized my character had a weapon and was healthy. Started running around the woods, snailed my way up a few hills and said to myself "why the fuck am I play this game?" It has become so unbelievably easy and boring, the whole thrill of running around for HOURS hoping to meet one or two players has diminished.

Why is it my responsibility to make sure hackers get taken care of? You people on this forum will jump down anyone's throat about ANYTHING. Is BattleEye in alpha too?
