Server hopping is something you can limit but there are no rules against it. Infact there are no rules against bug exploits at all. Last time I checked I haven't seen a Battleye ban on someone for climbing ladders in fire-station through the wall of the 2nd floor in the tower.

DayZ is enjoyable in so many ways. Some enjoy killing, some enjoy player interaction. Some enjoy travelling and some enjoy looting. I am a looting guy. I love looting. I love getting excited when I find a Mosin just as I spawn or a prestine hunter scope in a hunting shack. Gives me my satisfaction. Personally, I when I loot all the crashsites for weapons, I usually die in Electro by a guy with a shotgun. I don't even care! I just take a truck from Msta and drive back to the crashsites. That's my satisfaction and if you call me an idiot who ruins DayZ then I think you might actually be an ignorant a-hole who thinks he knows everything better than everyone.

So I spawned today and found 2 netting near a boat and then immediately went north. Question is how valuable is my netting?

Well, there are prone/crouch/stand animations for drinking and eating (and maybe other animations) but I noticed you cant change stances WHILE the animation is on-going. It could be cool if you could switch animations while these animations are playing.

City's name is Novodmitrovsk (thanks DJ SGTHornet). Here are screenshots of it, and new buildings that were added! The city is about 300m north from Chernaya Polana and 1-2km~ west from Svetloyarsk. It is splitted to 3 districts: - Industrial area: A very big industrial area with a lot of hangars, silos, factories and new industrial object building - Downtown: 1-3 stories buildings, police station, bus depot, soccer / football court, city hall - Uptown: 5+ stories buildings, hospital.. I personally think it is the best looking city at the moment ingame. This town got loads of residential and industrial buildings, new buildings (couldn't take a shot of some of them) and a hospital.

No, you're living in a rock! Or a russian server... The amounts of time I met friends (and foes) in dayz without killing each other is probably more than I ever died (and I died... especially by staircases). In most of the servers player wants interaction! Meeting new people, trolling, strip down naked and make weird noises. If you put all of these into PvP you have no idea what dayz is about.

I would love to explore the map and look for heli crashes, never found one in DayZ SA (nor tried yet)

No sir, you're wrong - you just never thought about going NORTH instead of staying on the coast. You can't blame the DEVS because you're dying in berezino and elektro all the time! P.S: There isn't a single supergun in this game. Each gun has it's advantages and disadvantages. Starting with the M4, which if it lacks of MP parts it's super didily-do inaccurate. the mosin, without a bipod / PU scope is not just shit but it's a large massive pile of brown crap

Woah, didn't you read my reply? I didn't say people don't do it, I said it's not allowed. So why would you publicly announce the fact you looked at the files? It's like, taking a piss in a public park. People do it, it's not allowed though - but you won't go out there saying to officers and citizens "My pee is in the park over there, don't go there". Obviously devs knew people will look, so they are trolling people who do!

It's against licensing. A staff told me that a few days ago, it doesn't mean people won't do it haha. You are not allowed to look at the game files, but since this engine isn't so good at hashing and encrypting it is possible to view all of the content with ArmA tools. I am not here to argue really... I just made my point - looking at the game files is against licensing,

I wonder how many players play DayZ SA because they played the DayZ Mod for ArmA II, and how many started playing it without ever playing the arma 2 mod. If never played the mod please tell how did you get to know the game?

Imagine yourself selling beer bottles in the streets for 10 dollars. Later on you will sell a guy a bottle and he will let people take 1 sip for 5 dollars (it's just an example ofcourse). How would that feel?
