He is someone that holds you up and steals your goods. He doesn't necessarily kill you. I believe the terms "bandit" and "kill on sight" are getting mixed up these days.

Hey, I'm tired of the hardcore servers being played less than the regular servers! I like to play really late at night when most normal folk are headed to bed; I find it very difficult to enjoy full servers. :T

Well there was always the "Elektro Peace Walk" that DeatHTaX and I shot up. I took down five, including their very vocal British ringleader, before my building was rushed and I was forced to re-spawn. :3 -

Yeah, I originally bought three GTX 580s the week they were released. They were the baddest of the bad three years ago. Alas, one of them died, so now I'm down to two. I have tried using the SLI "fix" which yields very good results away from town where both cards are running around 98% load, but when I come near a town both cards drop to 52% load and begin stuttering. Weird. -

I wish they'd finally implement SLI compatibility as I'm still leaning heavily on my two GTX 580s. Together they're great (e.g: I can play Assassin's Creed IV at 1920x1080 resolution with every setting on maximum), but on their own they're so-so. I currently run all settings on high to very high and manage very good frames everywhere except the cities where the game can sometimes stutter. I just don't want to have to go blow some coin on a better video card when my other GTX 580 is sitting here like, "C'MON MAN, TAG ME IN!" Back on-topic, I've heard that the increase in frames people are experiencing is pretty impressive in most cases. Hopefully I am so blessed. -
Sometimes when I'm bored I fire up my regular character, go to NEAF and corner-peek kids sofa king hard in an attempt to convince more people to start playing hardcore. ;D

My personal opinion is that you should be able to put guns in bags. However, when removing them from your bag, you should go through a 5 second animation to simulate rustling through your bag to get the gun out. This would allow people to carry multiple larger guns and prevent them from surprising friendly players. I also think this should apply to pistols as well unless you have the gun holster or an assault vest equipped. I'd like to see a graphic added to display a pistol in an assault vest the way the gun holster does. Takes forever to type on my phone, bah! -

It was happening earlier, but the last two hours have been reset-free for me. If you can, park yourself somewhere with lots of great loot spawns and take advantage of it.

I play similarly. The only thing I would add to this is I only play on full servers. I scour every area I figure a fucker might hide to snipe new spawns. The whole reason I play this game now is to kill those who kill the weak. #sonoblebutwhy

I don't know if that was you or not, but I just killed a guy sitting in the woods in the trajectory from the jail to the first camouflaged bunker that still spawns loot. If it was, then LOL. I figured it was a server-hopper. -
I haven't experienced this. Right-click DayZ in your Steam application, click PROPERTIES, click the LOCAL FILES tab, and then click VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE. That would be my first suggestion.

Turn off post-processing and crank your gamma until they're properly implemented. In the meantime, stop complaining how bad everyone is for not playing "properly". If it was the "proper" way to play, you wouldn't be able to edit either of these options.
