What would it take for you to run DayZ with solid FPS? Some severe optimization on their end.

So my wife's computer has been having random .pbo files mess up resulting in getting her kicked off of DayZ fairly often the last few days. It keeps booting her off with a message about being unable to authenticate a certain file. Sometimes it's a bush, sometimes it's an item. It's really strange. I first verified the integrity of the game cache, but that didn't fix it. I then fully reinstalled DayZ. Still happening, just not as often. Any ideas?

Filling the medic role is easy mode on 3PP servers, too. It's not just the shooting aspect that becomes exponentially easier.

Were you in the last room of a barracks in NWAF with all of the doors closed except the one at the end of the hallway? I shot someone there through the window. He had a B95, Mosin and a bunch of other goodies. OM NOM NOM

I believe the OP is referring to the upcoming patch where you can't vault with broken legs. Personally, I think it's great they're fixing it. Have you ever tried standing with a broken leg? The fact that we can currently vault/climb ladders with broken legs is silly. EDIT: #demtypoz

It's completely random. I hadn't fallen off a ladder in weeks before this morning. I fell, broke my legs, popped a morphine, and away I went. I think it's mostly to do with desync; at the time it occurred I had an ugly yellow chain on my screen. :T

Title. If I refresh the in-game server browser more than three times, my internet stops working for around five minutes. Strangely enough, during this time I can still use Steam voice chat/Skype. Am I the only person experiencing this?

Both the regular and hardcore servers are generally full on the experimental servers. If you play in the morning/late at night, you'll notice that the regular experimental servers are generally more populated than their hardcore counterparts.

Are you 100% sure the B95 actually does less damage than the Mosin? In my experience the B95 drops people just as fast or faster than the Mosin. If anything, I'd put them on equal grounds as far as shot damage is concerned.
