Just made my first "unofficial" Medic run tonight. Very rewarding to help a nice guy out rather than have to shoot first and wonder after. Great concept Dr. Wasteland, with your permission I'll do more. Sadly I'll be out of town all of next week but I'll be back. Joe

We were wandering around Berezino and found a deer stand that had been blocked with barbed wire ... a freaking deer stand! I dunno, maybe they were using it for storage when they server hopped but it was pretty strange.Joe

Regarding the Running toggle situation you might try this, if you're using Track IR move your head closer to the camera and see if that fixes it. I noticed last night that I was unable to run while crouched, it forced me upright to run. When I re-positioned my head with the IR camera it suddenly recognized the command and I was running while crouched. It happened several times last night and every time I was able to correct it by re-positioning my head. Joe

Yeah I had to kill myself last night to keep my coughing from attracting zeds to my team. We were way out in the boonies and no chance to get to a hospital in any reasonable amount of time. And, of course, even if we did the chances of finding antibiotics were slim.'Logically you would be able to find antibiotics more readily than you could morphine. But of course we all have to realize that what seems simple to us, in terms of programming, may not be that simple since Rocket and his team have to use the ARMA2 engine that might not support it. i once just stepped over it with V... did work aswell. I did that as well once ... once. The next time ... not so much. Not sure what they're doing but the jerks who place the wire apparently have a fix for that in some cases. Either that or the wire itself has a "random" height feature. As to proning through wire, I haven't tried it but I'm very spooked by anything unusual involving being prone. I've also broken bones just crawling over a threshold.Joe

Either way, I totally agree. That would add a lot of really freaky atmosphere if you were to happen upon distant screams every now and then! This should definitely be in the game if it isn't already. Well I've certainly heard myself scream as they chomped away ... very disconcerting.Joe

Well of course he's mad. We've had nearly daily hot fixes for a week now and Rocket has diligently posted chapter and verse on each of them. Now he's not ... it's a clear case of outright negligence on the part of Rocket ... he should be shot at dawn ... and then again at sunset. :rolleyes:Joe
