    Wasnt there this one royal dude who let children grow up in complete isolation and they died in months? But even grown people would change when their only interaction with others is killing them. These should be minimal effects though Basellis posts is pretty good, although I think this should refill much faster. And maybe take away all sanity/sociality you gained from being near a person when you kill that person...

    Generators and fortification

    Generator is a coold idea. It should be destroyable by grenades and could power fences, give heat and light. So basically a full base in its own.

    I rate this pretty cool, but a major pain to balance probably. Spawn rates for unenterable buildings should be minimal
  7. Would it be possible to display that information when you see someone through binoculars or a scope? Also the info shouldnt be stats, but something ambigous. I dont know what though my ideas sound stupid. Like blinking rate that would be higher for multiple murderers but also for people whove recently been shot at. Or just the info when their weapon has last been fired. I dont know
  8. The thing is most of us just have no idea wether that would be easy to implement or not. IF we could have a hatchet thats heavy damage but slow (good against zombies)and can be used as a weapon and for getting wood and a knife that is low damage fast high injury rate (more against survivors) that can also be used to get meat still that would be cool. Dont really think we need so meany weapons.

  10. I wouldnt put my valuables in a tent that is seen everywhere in real life. I would take a shovel and bury them. You could digg near cities without a guarantee that your stuff will be looted other players could actively search for peculiar landmarks and digg for other peoples loot scouting players to find where they digg their stuff I dont know Tyroggs addition: Make it a lockable box with a key that sounds cool additionaly seperate from beeing buriable. Or as another alternative. basically tents suck

    I don't want money, fame, power from it I don't want money, fame, power is just not something you can believe when people say it to you. But on on topic. This idea seems to be beaten now, and its probably clear, that clans will still get the equipment back if they really want to. But something needs to be done here.
  14. people who have died should get up. Not another way to suddenly kill me please. Imagine a manly lumberjacktype dude with a beard going twoards a stumbling survivor talking to him and pleased the survivor isnt shooting at him, and then the survivor starts to spring twoards him.

    YES This idea should be big in my opinion. This way even dead players can give you some of the exitement that living ones do. Maybe even find a magnifying glass, that would give you yet more information like from where he was shot, what weapon or ultimately who did it. Then bandits whould always have to hide bodies.
  16. You should have to name every new char you make. Thousands of possibilities here. People wouldnt keep respawning because it now takes typing and a click more to do it. There could be lists of known murderers in firestations. Not sure how to realize this though, maybe you can investigate bodies to find out who killed them so people whould have to hide their kills. People who click "read list" on the list and look at one of the murderers on that list would get breathing or something. Or give them nothing but the list and let them try to remember all that shit. Friends who play together can share the same last name (HILARIOUS ones like Shorddig or Bickock) Notes/Journals would begin to make sense. People could "make a name" on a server or in the game which could motivate all kinds of behaviour. I dont know
  17. but zilver: Nobody would investigate murders of dead people on the coast. They did that to themselves by beeing on the coast. real People really have real names in Reality so really its really a really realistic change. Also people couldnt pretend they were someone else much better than they can now. The one dude who learns the mannerisms and voice of ONE SIGULAR other player to take his name when he dies to fool others deserves whatever he gets out of it. and I DONT WANT TO PUNISH murderers. The systems we had before does that. I want to give players a chance to do it.

    Or what if you could have a laptop with sattelite internet? Then we could use the search function in game. bows are kinda nice, but there are many weapons including a crossbow. Just make bolts stack a little

    Several Suggestions for a better game...

    NO objectives: boring, L4D, not easily implementable, suggested many times and likely not going to happen. currency: not realistic (in this scenario, where everything everywhere has been killed), would actully decrease the worth of equipment for some and have no change for others, because money would just accumulate on certain players voice actors: press caps lock near someone, cosmetic changes: meh not important to me cosmetic rewards: HAHAHAHAHA NO. your thoughts during the apocalypse wont be: Man I hope I can find a Cylinder and monocle somewhere here. stealth: 100% right 100% on the list already I would guess

    Anti-aircraft weapon

    These arent stupid suggestions but really weve got weapons covered right now. Then again, this would take zero effort probably and sure why not have a chance for every single weapon that exists in Arma2
