Amo ain't the problem here, but the long range 'sniper' scopes and full health system (maybe total health is too little?) - the pros.can murder someone at 800 meter range! Just see Frankie youtube videos! 'grin )) -Ori -

Actually, I am against server bouncing to find equipment - when you reach a military barrack: You can just bounce enough servers to get a complete military set. And that's not alpha issue at all, but a core game design at the moment. -Ori -

This kitten could kill an army with m4 bullets, m8. I've counted over 100 m4 bullets., 'grin' edited; yeah, some handgun amo. is very rare and too hard to find at the moment. I've only found two mags. to my FNX45 pistol and I agree too rare in comparison to larger rifles like M4.. And I've visited military barracks and air towers at Airfield, + green mountain military barracks on different servers.. -Ori -

Most items disappear on the ground at the moment so I wouldn't recommend it. -
I cannot see anything at night just stars so I will easy get lost without a map & compass. I won't bother to adjust video setting, because it feels like cheating. )) -Ori

About loot: Well, some random elements is great and more realistic, and more random spawns inside/outside buildings. A modern crossbow/Bow would be fun with a 'stealthy' approach/twist to the game. Cooking/Crafting/Hunting/Wildlife: - Mushrooms - Deers - Bears - Grouse - Moose - Wolf - Reindeer - Badger - Eagle - Hawk Brief; in general more wild life is essential and fun, and more interesting related to the survival aspect of the game. The map is huge, so it feels empty, that's why wildlife is important to hunt additional food etc. Crafting Bolts & arrows. Zombies: They've mention to increase the amount of zombies, but I don't see the point to be honest. It only create more server lag, and I feel more wildlife instead is essential. Other players will always be the main threat. -Ori

Yes, I undertstand your view, but I would also enjoy to increase amount of players on a server. In BF4 you've 64 player maps and they're tiny in comparison. My point is I wish a server had more players - so it would feel massive when wildlife is implemented, and also concerning the balance of food and baking bread over a fire for instance.

Food in DayZ is not realistic - u can go many days irl. without any issues, but u will be hungry, but not lethal like in dayZ.

The map pieces are overall confusing with foreign language.. Your thoughts about the map?

I know, they had to rename road signs too in an universal language like english. I'm certain you can buy an english map over the area when you visit the country. ))

Yes, I am aware it's russian and I speak norwegian language. But if we get the map translated to english however; well, it's a disadvantage to not understand russian. I found a map piece earlier, but I can't figure out russian letters, unfortunately, so it doesn't help me. All items in-game are in english - so a map with an english translation would be great in beta or near release. -Ori

Well, It doesn't make any sense to spawn on the exact same location when you're playing on different servers. I've two major reasons to fix this issue about the game breaking issue since it's alpha. 1. Combat logers. (They log off the server, because perhaps there're other people to kill on other servers since they will spawn on the exact same location on different servers.) 2. Why items shouldn't follow you on different servers: You can go to the airfield or military camps on empty servers to gear up with high end military equipment and join an almost full server - to gain an unfair advantage over players who only play on 1 server. Conclusion: How to fix it: different serers must be unique - so items/loot doesn't save when you start on a new server. -Ori

Yes, when you run at walls in first person view you can see through them - and exact same issue as in Shadowbane, lol. I blame the game engine. ))

It's doesn't matter, m8.. Your progress should be saved on that particular sever before it goes down and saved next time you play on that server. When you join a new server, which should be an unique experience with a new challenge, and it's important related to server balance. I've shadowbane experience (2002-2009) - so I am experienced related to open world PvP balance. -Ori

You cannot compare DayZ to Star Citizen by Chris Robert's next sci-fi game, but the game concept have similar game features, and that is the core in game how to survive. So will DayZ support more in-depth character stories and about the survival concept? -Ori

I don't have Arma2 and I don't have plans to get it - so is't possible to play DayZ with Arma3?

Well, not low on funds, but my high end pc 32 GB ram + 780 gtx gpu got such a horrible fps compare to BF4 - so I'm just sceptical since it's an open world PvP mmo. ))

Yeah, I saw Frankie played DayZ mod. from arma2 - so I guess I will try it out the standalone prosject. ty, for breaking point mod - I saw another mod related to arma3, which was similar to Fallout serie, which was cool, ty all.
