qft.I agree, don't call this an mmo with an maximum of 40 players on each server on this huge map.About hardware; if you can't run games like star citizen get a new pc.I would rather have some 'few' official quality servers compare to 'some' kids/admins abusing god mode on private servers.They also need to increase the requirement on hardware to even run a server.The quality is really bad sometimes with slow responds from the server - when you eat, aim doing something with your character in-game.

The Wall bug will be there in release version too - unless they get a new game engine, which I recommend; either Frostbite 3 that BF4 used, or Cryengine 3 that Star Citizen will use. You don't have that low fps due to buildings in BF4 for example as you have in larger villages in Arma 3, and this standalone. http://www.crytek.com http://www.frostbite.com B) Edited: I'm curious too, what are the main reasons to use this engine? This kitten is curious why you're amazed, it was not tiny bit of irony there or? :D Yeah, we don't like walls not only players walk through, but zombies are in fact exploiting the wall sections. Anyway, it's still an alpha version.

There're some abusing admin options too, and it's in the same category as cheating or hacking. It happend to me earlier in one of the private servers - so I usually play on official servers. -Ori -

I don't agree; it's easier to camp certain places on the map without any careful in-game plans how to meet, and such easy mode options will be exploited. Edited; maybe spawn, but not 'summon' someone. -

There're three major reasons which create it unique somehow and difficult for nubs, perhaps confusing the first months. 1. Map size. 2. Foreign/russian language on road signs. 3. You need to plan to meet someone in-game, which could take hours and will end up in the category (time issues; it will help with cars, planes, which is not implemented yet.) -

I want to buy a new game engine, Frostbite 3. )) They are creating Star Wars Battlefront on it too. FPS movements will improve, and AI will certainly improve; graphic will look a lot better with a new engine in Dayz. The main game concept is about survival. Zombies will smell 'fresh meat' in a horror world - similar like the orcs in the LOTR movie. However, this is not CoD or BF4 with K/D ratio and capture the flag kind of approach. Try to play it; how many (days) can you survive.. I mentioned about the amount of players, because it's easy to use the terrain to remain hidden, and the map is huge.. So that's why they need to increase 'item' spawn timer with more players on each server in my opinion. -Ori

Eat & drink a lot until you are 'healthy' and u will feel better after a while. Saline bags help though, but it doesn't heal 100%..

The map is huge, so they should really consider to increase the amount of players pr. server. 30/40 players on this map is ridiculous. This game was never meant to be PvE, and where did u read that?

What's the point to have public servers with autokick? Almost all day servers are full...

I've checked military tents twice on a hardcore server just south of SW, Airfield all empty.

List items which you've found in-game that is pristine in buildings with open doors - that means a player have been looted there earlier. (not server resets.) - Shoes, boots, pants. - Rotten fruit. - pipsi, sprite. - t-shirt, raincoat. Personally, I don't bother to check open door houses anymore - so few pristine items that actually respawn. Any words on the actual respawn timers from the dev team on different items? It might be a bug with some items that seldom respawn to pristine.

It happened to me as well on a hardcore server, but a sniper attacked me -so it's situational; we're all different I guess. :rolleyes:

It might be slower/broken spawns, because I've similar issues. Maybe that explain that so many people server bounce for items at the moment.. -
At launch we could need seasons in-game. (summer, winter, autumn, spring periods.) And we could use some sort of body temprature system - you need to build a camp with fire because of cold weather etc. -Ori

Aye, zombies.. And wierd noises with fences... Suddenly you hear your deep breath, a dude sneak up on you and scares the shit out of you with flash light.. This kitten don't like night time.. It's intense with a headset.. :blush:
