To start it's nothing personal http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/199664-where-do-we-go-if-gsps-are-not-dealing-with-abuse/page-2 In this thread we are being told that staff are to some extend fighting abusive server owners. I'll the screenshot speak for itself. More than 1/3 of the server on the full list are listed as private, character resetting or straight up kicking. And as you can see some do not have name of their provider, which means we would have to send the report to all server providers, which is ridiculous Whatever you are doing it's not working. Reporting servers isn't working either, why should it, server providers care about $$$ and it seem user complains go straight to SPAM folder. I know this topic has been repeated many times by now. But it has to stop.

Sure you can, but it's not enough and the number of abusing servers is a proof of that. -

Well I just got kicked three times from servers that did not say they kick, which resulted in the above post. -
Well being an idiot is one way to get killed. I was following a geared guy myself being partially geared. For some reason he decided that leaving his character in front of a sign with city name while checking a map was a good idea on a moderately populated server. I shot him in the head at took whatever I deem worthy. Ps I have two monitors so that never happens to me

I almost never do.

Yes clothes deteriorate in condition like the ones in game, but rain is one of the smaller factors, sun, friction, tears and frost will damage your clothes far more than rain.
-
There is a rumor that earth is not flat. Don't believe everything you read on the internet.
-
Personally I killed 5 people yesterday. All geared up. I also got killed by two hackers, but it was a good day anyway.
-
As a person living in a rainy UK I have to disagree, rain does not ruin your clothes, it makes them wet. Unless it's ridiculously acidic rain. Getting them wet is hardy subjecting them to stress.
-
Wait what ? Since when everyday clothes get damaged by rain ?

Is it worth buying Dayz standalone yet? [With Developer responses]
General Zod replied to Blade4777980's topic in General Discussion
Well considering how many bugs and problems there are most people would say no, or they would try and leave. But what makes me stay is each time I kill someone I have this little spark of hope, that he is one of the pacifist or kos whiners on this forum, and that I made them rage quit the game, and come here to whine some more. That alone makes me feel like the game was worth every single penny. How many innocents have you killed? How many more have to die? The killing will never stop! -
Don't mind me, just drying some clothes.
-
Stats like how many kills, how long you have survived etc. - yes. Any form of skills professions etc. - no. Your character skills should only depend on your own skills, not on how much time you put into something. But I see why people need that shit. It's because you're followers, you need someone else to point you towards something. Like the OP said he can't find purpose for himself, so he needs someone to show him a goal. To all of you who think the same way, this is not a game for you. In here goal is what you choose it to be. Whether it's to become greatest killer this game has ever known, or to find a group of friends and live peacefully at some far away farm. Not to reach level 10 medic and get all the skills and exp. It's people like who ruined FPS games with all the fucking perks, skills and grinding.

I don't but I have tested an SKS in confined spaces and it works really well. And SKS is no mosin it has a good rate of fire, combined with a much more stopping power than a pistol. http://s9.postimg.org/5acfcczfj/Day_Z_16_02_2014_14_24_22_369.jpg This guy had a sawed off shotgun, which is great at CQB, and yet he died.

I used to snipe a lot and at 500+ I generally went at head hight maybe few millimetres above for certain chest hit. Same for bit to the right. Maybe they improved the accuracy, I haven't used the mosin in a while. That's one of my hunting days http://postimg.org/image/pjjwnwurj/full/
